Beautiful story

This was heart wrenching. So much so, I'm still not even sure if he survived... lol

You have a talent to convince me that the sad ending will come... I've just read Unfortunate Liminality and for a moment I was convinced that all the future without Shep that Garrus imagined was real (and my heart was being wrenched)... and the same happened with this story. You are GOOD, real good. It isn't easy for me to tear up. So... I'll be reading more of your work, definitely. Yeah, I'm a masochist.

Its a very interesting writing style you used on this fic, but is really fits. I think it kinda highlights Shepard state of mind while placing you in her head. Its hard to explain, but its that feeling of being disconnected from yourself bit still aware. I'm not ashamed to admit that I grieved with her. This was brilliantly written. Continue to push yourself. ;-)

I just wanted to come back and say a few words about the writing style. I really think it was perfect for this story. For me it was like watching a movie, where at first the main scene is played out and then theres a flashback to give you context... and the whole thing played out in my mind just like a movie(albeit a short one) would. I personally didnt find it jarring or disjointed or anything like that. Basically I think Ive read this 3 times since I left the previous comment and probably will come back to it many more times. Some of the highest quality writing Ive ever seen in this fandom.

A bit disjointed, but very intense; I couldn't stop reading once I started. Your shakarian-fic's always quality, especially the banter. Never stop writing! XD
