This is one of the most beautiful one-shots I have read of Shinkane, and I loved how you described their thoughts :')

Ugggghhh this is so beautiful. I loved the way you explored Kougami's fears and hesitations; it makes him that much more real. And then the way you contrasted it with Akane's confidence, and how in the end the roles sort of swap. It's heart-wrenching, really, how they love each other so much but hold back all the same because they know that they can't, not with their mental states the way that they are. Flawless story, amazing job!
