wow! what an ominous ending.

Wow...not what I was expecting getting in to this story at all. Honestly I stumbled upon this by accident trying to look up something else about Bowser, and I've never read Mario fanfics before, although I'm no stranger to fanfics in general. But something about this peaked my interest when it showed up on the search, and once I started reading, I got absolutely hooked! This game was the first (and only) M&L I've ever played, and it and the previous two games are up there with other side series like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Starlow felt like such an amazing character, the true protagonist of the story working in the shadows in ways no one except the Stars could understand. I know the story by heart and seeing so many additional moments and feelings poured into the entire story was amazing to me. I'm a highly emotional person and you absolutely nailed the feelings the characters felt, and primarily the full range of emotions Starlow had to go through - it was so simple to envision every scene, every emotion, and become immersed in the story. The fact that you took an amazing game and added a new level of depth I'd never of thought possible...incredible. I think I'll have to find more fanfics about the M&L games thanks to this! Although perhaps my expectations will be too high now...we'll have to see! From the bottom of my heart thanks for writing this story many years ago and I hope you'll read this message and experience the same joy I did reading this. You deserve it!

I loved the fact that you fleshed out Starlow's backstory and character with this fic! It adde a unique and interesting perspective to the storyline of this game! I loved seeing everyone's personality shine through with this. Awesome job!

I enjoyed reading this story and getting to see behind the scenes stuff that wasn't shown in the game. My only concern is the fact it didn't deviate from the game in anyway. It felt more like a retelling of the story with extra content to keep it interesting.

Other than this, I still felt it was a great story and I am going to read the Super Koopa series eventually.

Where does the Rainbow Road fit into all this? Is it part of the Star Road? The center of Star World? A jet stream left by the Comet Observatory? Or is it just a special space station used for the annual kart races?

Actually, I think it might be a Peach amiibo. But that's just my opinion.

This is an interesting start, I'll have to actually read this later, as I'm a little busy right now.. BUT! I can say I highly enjoy the beginning already. I never played the game, but I do remember a let's play of it... some of it.. So I can't wait to sink my teeth into this one. :3

BEST MARIO STORY.

... I laughed so much xD I legitimally wanted those lines to be in the game, omg! And I'm in love with your fic / Novelization of BIS. The hammerspace and ilusion explanations makes so much more sense. I admit that I was a little bit confused when I first played. And also, I absolutely loved the way you portraied the minions that followed Bowser being suspicious about their leader sanity, but still remaining loyal. ( I think, lol ).

I really like the way you write the history, it's going to be fun to read all the chapters. And I don't know quite why but, I just don't like Peach and Starlow. To say the truth I really dislike starlow the most. xD But I love Luigi even more in this game, and Bowser is just my king. I really loved this game from start to end, and I'm anxious to see how you will describe the anatomy of the king of awesome in a more realistic way. *-* Really cool.

Awesome job. You made the storyline just like the original plot, but better. Keep it up.
