Interesting chapter and plot and idea

Okay buddy since we all know you hate reviews that say "uPdAtE sOoN" I will give a pretty lengthy review so here it goes:
For the romance...

Nothing problematic here. I'd say don't rush it or make it a side plot but I'll just have to wait and see. Although Delia being an unintentional cuck was hilarious.

The plot is promising, nice seeing the Villain and Hero's side at the same time. Plus the multiple perspectives add to the experience.

Minor nitpick is the only the Ketchum bloodline may be granted as Arcues chosen, because it takes away the whole message of Pokemon which is Anyone Can Become A Master. In the anime, I believe that Ash isn't a chosen one by the prophecy but just a regular dude who gets in the middle of conflicts. Only in the movies, it's said Ash is a descendant aura warrior who was chosen by the gods, since the writers were different I can see why.

But my main problem with the fic is the Red fusion and battles:
Why can't Arceus just force Red and Ash to fuse? Why can't they fuse with each other? If the world is in danger then isn't it better to fuse them to get it over with. Because Red said the fusion was going to happen no matter what so why not hurry it up and get it done?
Also since Red is obviously from the previous world which was destroyed, why didn't Red have a fusion partner? If Arceus truly wants his chosen to succeed why not have all of his chosen with a tutor the moment they're born? Also since Arceus said that a chosen will simply pass onto to their kin, why on Earth did Arceus say if Ash dies the world ends, wouldn't Ritchie would be the next one in line.

And on the battles, it feels like everyone is a noob. For example, the goal of the last chapter was to gather as many points as possible. So why isn't everyone's strategy focused on stalling and defending? Everyone keeps getting 3 points and I imagine that everyone should be aiming for 5. I get that some Trainers would optimize their Pokémon to be unstable gods but there are plenty of Trainers who should have switched their tactics to get as many points as possible. For example when Paul was fighting Ryuu (Chapter 41) why wasn't Paul strategy to play the waiting game? He could have told Drapion to stay underground and shoot poison at his foes, if they tried to attack then just dig away and shoot from long range. Same with Electivre, I'd imagine Paul would want to keep the battle as long ranged as possible but after Thunder failed against Blaziken he's like "Weeeell I better switch to close combat against a fighting type YOOOOOOLOOOOOO" he could have been more creative, if Blaziken tried to hit him say "Electivre surrond yourself with an aura of electricity". And in Chapter 31 when Ash was fighting with Noctowl against Nidoking, why would he start with Air Slash if he has Psychic type moves? And of all moves he uses Confusion when Noctowl as Extrasensory which is stronger and if he was aiming for Confusion why not spam it from the start? Also Noctowl as Whirlwind so the minute Specter sent out Nidoking Ash could have used Whirlwind to bring back Aerodactyl and clobber it.
There are also several times Trainers use moves that aren't effective against the Pokemon, I can't remember which chapter but one Trainer used Flamethrower against a Water type or something.

It's an interesting concept and quite enjoyable too!
But I have a doubt...Isn't Red supposed to be more powerful?
The way you presented the battle, it was like Red's pikachu was on the same power level as Ash's pokemon. The only way Red was winning was because of his tactics and strategy.
Red is the strongest champion there is, so his pokemon are supposed to be on an entirely different power level than Ash's who pretty much does no training at all.
Anyways, its a nice story.
