I... think I'm going to go cry now. :'( I can feel Regina's detachment, and then that ending was so bittersweet. Regina doesn't want Emma to go off and kill herself trying to defeat Cora, but Regina is willing to go off herself (though she probably has quite a higher chance of success.) Still, I really feel for Regina in this story. Love the emotion of this. Great job. :)

Okay, so I've read this story multiple times, and I love it just a bit more each time I read it. The last two lines of it are so amazing and perfectly capture Regina's mindset!

I don't often leave feedback (usually too busy writing myself, or reading) but this was just too good to pass up not reviewing. There's this underlying dull ache to this story that just hits you square in the chest. Even without the grant gestures, the battle scenes, the moments of people dying, you seem to just need a few words only to still make such an impact, I wholeheartedly applaud you for that ability.

I do not have enough adjectives to describe how very much I enjoyed this fic and how great of job you did with portraying Regina. I almost want to beg for a sequel just to read more of your amazing writing, but the ending is perfect!

This was really good. One of the few really good Regina POVs that I've read. The only thing I didn't like was that I think you give the boy too much credit. He probably never gave a single thought to what killing Cora would do to Regina. He's got too much Charming in him to care what the "bad guys" feel. But this is really good, because I don't think saying it once was enough. LOL!
