this looks like it has a lot of potential. You're pretty good at describing Tsuna's situation, and the dickheadedness of Ienobu. As you probably know, there are a lot of grammar mistakes. Do you want me to help you with this?
Also, be careful with the dreams and Tsuna hearing voices, because it's very very touching, but just make sure it gets resolved and explained in the story.

I like it so far. I was honestly looking forward to hibari first, but oh well.

For a way to intro Hibari maybe go with Tsuna being bullied or beaten or him being late or being blamed for something Ienobou did and gets sent to the DC maybe they meet by total
co-winkydink when Tsuna gets attacked on his way home from school by some gang and Hibari saves him generally I think you should go with Hibari either saving him by accident or trying to beat him up for breaking the rules of his precious Namimori school.

Either way though I hope you can get an idea for the next chapter soon I'm looking forward to the next chapter, though I would recommend bringing in Hibari before anyone else apart from Reborn it doesn't really matter when he comes in he'll screw with them all either way.

If you put Gokudere before Hibari though you could make them all meet in one chapter by Gokudere getting him and Tsuna in trouble with his dynamite or something.
