You could continue this and have John take a sharpie to Sherlock. Like on every line, write a compliment. Beautiful, genius, etc. and then Lestrade, Donovan, and Anderson walk in and see Sherlock on his back on the ground shirtless, John over him, covering all of the markings with compliments in sharpie. And the word freak on his chest has been crossed out.

awww, i love john like this. sad with just the right amount of angst (mycroft being the first time) and fluff (john being the best person in the world). loved this!

I wish there was more maybe John telling Sally and Anderson off for calling Sherlock a freak.

Oh my! This was very poignant. I'd love to see follow-up to this. Maybe Mycroft being disturbed to find out it began with him. Maybe Lestrade finding out and making an effort to reign in his team, or being ordered to by Mycroft. Anyway, well written.
