great start to your story i'm really looking forward to where you'll take this.

especially with all the changes in azula's character. she's my favorite and she got dealt a bad hand to prove good trumps over evil at the shows finale. i've got no problem with ty lee and mai betraying her that was expected eventually. but her completely mental breakdown was over the top but still manageable if it hadn't set her up exclusively to let zuko and katara win against her.

it ruined the best parts about azula, her calm under pressure, her intelligence and cunning to turn any situation into her advantage. instead she became a powerful fool slinging fire to serve the plot. there should have been a fifth season to defeat her.

anways i'm looking forward to how you'll interpret her and how she'll fit into the overall story of the avatar now, since she's got no reason to hunt him down anymore and can actually partner up with him to claim the throne for herself. though prince iroh might turn around the fire nation before she can make her case to him. so a lot hinges on how long you'll let fire lord azulon live.
