So she's an oc that hates vampire dairies for all its Oh-My-Gawd-sexy-vampire-I-can't-control- my- teenage-hormones , and then gets sucked into that world and then immediately goes "Wow, look at that sexy man. Oops he's a vampire? Well I can't control my teenage hormones! And oh look a vampire brother that's just as sexy! What does the word hypocrite mean?"
Not including the fact you might as well a just replaced her with Elena, since she took her job in the show anyway.
I don't know, maybe I'm just being judgey, maybe your summary could use a little work. Maybe, just maybe, your oc could act like less of an oc when she starts out, show a little emotion and uniqueness (or a little less over top cutesy girly the best oc is a human one, when writing one you should ask yourself, oh I don't know, would a human being act like this?). I should probably read more into your story and try to figure this whole thing out but I just can't bring myself to. Not because it's terrible, but because it's just not my cup of tea(and I use that very strongly). So you know keep on writing on and may the force be with you and all that stuff.
