2. I've read a story that has true love's kiss waking up Hermione although they were soulmates in that. However based on what I read about True Love Magic it should still work for Harry.

Okay I like where you're going with this story. As for what I think you should give Harry as Powers well let's start with animals speech gas healing definitely Fireproof unlimited and telekinesis yes superspeed I kind of think he should have a limited kind of super speed maybe the speed of sound at the most cyclomancy and calamansi yes faster Magic regeneration of course intangibility and and making him an elemental controlling over fire wind water and Earth. Some of the Power Ranger with thinking about I kind of thought they crossed over into other areas for example three reflexes and super speed I kind of thought they would kind of mess each other up. of course these are my opinion on what kind of powers you might consider because it's like for example telepathy well to let the fee is kind of the same thing as well again on this see an Aquaman see at least the way I have read of these powers.

if you are going for a good build that could eventually lead to an op harry have him get faster magic regeneration, with the downside that he would need to practice his control over his magic, water breathing and fire proof are both good choices, one for exploring underwater and the other for protection from various flame traps that exist, but the breathing water come3s at the cost of sometimes speaking mermish, not all that bad a fix but make the mermish outbursts random, therefore making it so sometimes he has to think before he speaks, give him pocket spaces but have it be so he has to train it up to get it to the op levels, start with him being able to hold 100 pounds of various items but due to constant usage the pounds continue to increase slowly, with night vision he could be able to sneak around more at night but have his eyes have tiny slits like a cat, so he could be considered exotic in the eye department, give him a learning curve but in order for it to not be op right off the bat make it so he has to actually study before he gains it that advances faster as he does, occlumency and legilimency can be achieved but have it so his defenses to start off with are basic versions that with training from Dumbledore becomes op, and start him as being able to hear everyones surface thoughts but have it so he has to learn to block them out in order to concentrate. sorry these are just some ideas you could use, from the summary you are trying to have harry work for the power, thusly I advise placing challenges on his powers that he has to overcome in order to get op
