awesome story. Absolutely awesome, Connor truly is a trainwreck and he does need someone to look after him. Was his hearing absolutely fine again in the end? I don't think it was mentioned again.

I've now read this twice and I loved it both times. You catch a lot of the characters. And it is extremely well written. Thanks for the cool story.

Poor Connor! If you write a sequel to this, I would love to read it. There is so much to explore. What happened to make him feel so unimportant to not want to go to the doctor when he's hurt like that. Healing with nurse/warden Abby.

I think I might have choked up a little (or a lot) because this is honestly how I see Connor a lot of the times - he thinks he's replaceable or not doing enough (because they don't give him enough credit) so he takes a lot of stupid risks and ends up getting hurt. And I love that the team does get called out on it a little. Favouriting this.

This was adorable. Few Americanisms crept in there (truck; lorry/van, infomercial; shopping channel etc.) but still very good.

This was amazing! You're right, you know, Connor was always getting hurt and only one time did he talk about a medic and that was in S5E1 when he got dragged underground by the big bug. It sounds as if this has some back story. Why does he feel the need to sacrifice himself for the team? Why does he feel he isn't worthy? You did very well. This was gripping.

This is really good. It breaks my heart, but it's really good.
