Offline chapter 10 . 6/4/2015
I just realised something...

Benjamin Martin is Andréa's neighbour, and killed Tavington; and Tavington is Andréa's husband... That WON'T end well...
Offline chapter 1 . 6/4/2015
Oh, bravo - a superbe beginning! I look forward to continuing this!
Guest chapter 14 . 7/14/2014
Absolutely sweet and wonderful story! I liked very much the character of Andrea. Her bonding with the horses was amazing and totally understandable (animals are most trusted and kind-hearted that most people). I liked the changed Tavington too. ( Every person can change if he wants to. Besides -as the movie shows, Martin was not an angel during the French Indian war but that not kept him from being a loving husband and father, so Tavy deserves some happiness!). When Tavington and Martin met I was afraid that they won't keep calm but it turned out ok. And the end was so cute and fairy tale like, but I loved it. thanks for sharing with us

I'm shocked this only has one review! The writing is wonder and the plot is spectacular. I was scratching my head as to why no one has reviewed, but I saw you posted all of the chapters at once. Just a word from the somewhat wise, somewhat I-have-a-head-cold, if you post individual chapters periodically, you're likely to get more reviews. :)

Anyway, back to your lovely piece. I love it how Andrea actually does something. She has hobbies and a life outside of gossip and men. True, women had much fewer options of entertainment back in that day, but the amount of life you've given her is astounding and refreshing. I'm glad Martin and Tavington repaired their broken past (although I can imagine things getting uncomfortable for them at times). Dr. Dalton seems like a relaxed sort of guy you'd want to sit with and talk to for a long while.

I can't wait for your sequel and would continue to rain praises about this story on you, but right now, I'm too doped up on medicines to think! :)
