I want you to understand that when I read the summary, I felt a tiny twang in my chest. When I opened it up and read Riku’s quote again (I JUST re-played KH2 so the moment was totally fresh in my mind), my heart started to ache. When I read the first line of your fic, I said (aloud): “This is going to make me cry.”
I just wanted you to understand that. xD

The way you described her seeing them at dusk was just beautiful and striking to me. It was so very Kingdom Hearts too - it fits into the games PERFECTLY. It felt so realistic and in character for the source material.

I never thought of the possibility of the parents thinking that the boys died on the raft. That’s a very good thought that I may or may not “borrow” from you. I have been planning a horrible terrible mean awful one-shot idea that has a little to do with that.

It was pretty depressing to me that the island became a forbidden place after that. It was SO happy in KH1 and 2. But it’s also just homage to how empty the Destiny Islands must feel without Sora and Riku. ;-;

I just loved this so much. I loved the way you described them as the Man of Darkness and the Princess of Light, and how you made them so loyal and in love even so many years later. This is just so touching and gorgeous and I don’t even know what to SAY. Thank you for writing! This followed a hauntingly beautiful arc, and it was very well written. Since you asked so kindly for critique, I saw one place where Sora was written as just "Sor" but I don't think I noticed anything else. Haha! That's not very good critique, but it's something, right? xP I just thought your writing was gorgeous. :)

This was tragic. The grief felt real, the hope felt real, and I was actually so damn relieved when it turned out she actually COULD see Riku and Sora because damnit, thinking of them separated makes me so damn sad. I should get these games again and play them...
