I cannot believe it is over. Though, I like the ending. I think it is quite fitting for them. And, now they can be happy! This was a very long journey for them, you, and your readers. Many parts of it were completely agonizing. But I enjoyed it 100%.

Sooo i just got around to re-reading again it this morning. Looking back on everything, I never had any sympathy for Arthur. I always felt so bad for Alfred but felt like Arthur deserved everything bad that came his way. Francis annoyed me to a certain extent as well. It's probably because he was always there to comfort Arthur while I'm sitting here thinking "omg but he caused that shit". I know that these two are minor characters but i loved Romano and Ivan in this story. For some reason, i wasn't too fond of Mathew. I felt like he had the potential to be a better support system for Alfred and was hard on him. It's like he didn't have the experience with love to understand his brother's pain. That's why I liked Italy's talk with Alfred. I thought it was stupid for Francis to fuck Arthur in his vulnerable state even if he was "afraid" because of Arthur's persistence. That's probably something that made me not like him as much. I'm so conflicted after reading this all in one shot. I'm so happy that Alfred and Arthur ended up happily ever after but I still can't help but feel that Arthur really doesn't deserve Alfred. I'm a little biased since America is my favorite character but if the roles were reversed I'd feel the same, only to a lesser extent. I guess this goes to show how deep their emotions for each other ran. Hahaha I'm probably re-reading this in another 2 months.

It's over! I'm actually relieved to get a conclusion, and I'm so happy you didn't put this on Haitus. I would say the biggest complaint was how long the conflict was and how it took 15 chapters for them to finally get back together. Pacing is good but I felt it was going slow. I was practically pounding my head against the desk desk from how frustrated I was from that. Other than that, the emotional roller coaster was real in this story. I felt plenty of emotions and I would reread the earlier sex scenes if I was ever aroused. You know how to write that porn though! I loved how you wrote the characters, from their colony days to modern time. It was also nice that Francis was always there to help them no matter how frustrating the two was. (Seriously, I would have kicked both of them in the balls if I was Francis) I give this story a 8/10 -

OMFG IT'S FUCKING OVER LIKE HOLY FUCKING SHIT! This was a truly amazing story. I'm definitely reading it over again. I just love how complex their relationship is. It was so interesting seeing every side of them through the various stages of their adult life (mainly Alfred of course). I don't think there are words in the english language to describe how much I love this story. You've done an amazing job with this. (:

I had actually wondered if Alfred topping was going to happen, though I felt there was a reason that it hadn't. Glad I was right. Haha! I love Arthur, the proper gentleman in public and every bit the erotic ambassador in bed perfectly comfortable with discussing whatever. He barely paused at the switch of positions. I think that is my favorite part of this chapter.

Oh damn it's gonna end soon :'( but AHA I was betting myself that Alfred was going to top before the story ended... I'm sad to see it ending but I'm also happy because I've been waiting for it to be complete so I can reread it all over again!

Although, I kind of think Arthur and Alfred are a bit relieved now as well. I am, and I'm not, surprised that it took them so long do have sex again. Part of me thought that they would plan it out a bit, but with the two of them, it probably did have to be a spontaneous thing... or they would keep putting it off and chickening out about it. I figured they would need a bit of romancing first, I guess.
