I like the idea. The way Draco is characterised is quite interesting.

One quibble: “Scorpius had convinced Rose to continue with the age old Malfoy tradition of naming children after constellations or stars.” This is actually a Black family tradition. Of the Malfoy's, only Draco and Scorpius seem to have astronomical names. Neither Lucius or Abraxas fit that mold, nor do the other Malfoy's mentioned on Pottermore.
