I hate to ask this even after so long after this has ended but this one of my favorite death note fan fiction so if you could, could you right a story where jaylin figures out the 20th puzzle, something like "there was a 20th one but I wasn't sure if it was a puzzle" You don't have to its for me and me only but if you could get someone to make an au of your story I would love it so much. But other than my self indulgent fantasies thank you so much for righting a story that I enjoyed so much, and I hope you have good fortune in life!

theres just something deeply emotional about this chapter, even if the writing doesnt necessarily showcase it. sometimes i forget jaylins a kid. i dont know. "but i assure you, L is real! i do exist!" just has such... emotional impact. it was really the start of everything. this fic is a fascinating look into the death note universe outside of the main plot. i dont think i will ever not reread it. im still not over death note. thank u for writing this... and the way everything ties back into canon. "L is dead." its like everything falls into place before you even realize things were shifting. wow

I don’t think you understand Kira’s motive. The reason that L concluded Kira was young because of his childish sense of justice. If Light was doing it for himself, which he was not, then it may have been slightly harder to pinpoint his age. Also, in the first chapter of the manga, Light clearly says that he is ready to sacrifice anything for a clean world, even his sanity.

Hey I feel that your story’s a bit too slow

It has probably been close to 5 years since I have read this story, and still continued immerse me into it’s plot and relate to the characters as well as I did when I was still a kid in high school. You have an amazing talent that I hope to inspire one day when I start teaching.

Well damn. I loved this story! I've found it quite difficult to find good Death Note stories, especially with an OC, but this one was amazingI do wish that canon events could have changed but I understand your reasoning as to why you kept things the same. So, thanks for the great read!
