Honestly not sure which of Bardock's visions for the future I'd like to see happen more. Right now it kinda looks like both are still plausible...that being said I know for certain that I'd rather not see Gohan kill Vegeta like Bardock seems to want! I guess if Fasha and Tarble's uprising were to fail and lead to Soy and one of her conspirators on the thrones that would be one thing - would have no issue with Gohan killing Soy and her lackey's, just Vegeta or, heaven forbid, Trunks...guess I would be sad for Tarble a little bit, but am not really as attached to him. I will say, it is a shame that Gohan wasn't able to offer up Vegeta's name a few chapters back as an answer to Bardock's question about the Saiyan's who've changed their nature due to Goku and his sacrifice! After all, it's been mentioned multiple times now that Goku's final words really did resonate with, at least, Vegeta and way back in the 1st chapter Veggie contributed his desire to flee with Bulma and Trunks to Goku's influence. True, he didn't actually leave, but that was only because of the favor he owed Nappa and his sense of honor/pride! Really am hoping that Bardock's mastery over his visions still isn't as great as her thinks. Who knows, maybe between the three hansaiya they will find a way for Trunks to sit on the Throne while simultaneously saving Earth and ending the house of Vegeta. After all, Trunk's last name is technically Breifs, and Vegeta did mention that that would be the house his son would be the heir to! ;-)

Btw: Really liked how one of the Treasure's in the House of Fire happens to be Tapion's / Mirai Trunk's sword along with the music box!

Once again, I do indeed realize this likely won't be getting another update, but I started typing out a proper review and didn't have it in me to stop! It's been a long while since I've come across a story I was eager enough to leave one of those for! Thank you again for sharing this gem with everyone! Reading this really made my day! :-)

I really should cease reading abandoned stories, such as this one, as I know I will come to a cliffhanger once I reach chapter 22, but I wanted to let you know that your gift for storytelling truly leaves me in awe! I originally looked up your stories again to reread some of your Amazing Gwevin fics, but then I found this gem at work last night and have been reading it during my downtime ever since! You're truly a master when it comes to world building! The additional lore you've created for the Namekians was fantastic and that gimps into the lives of the Saiyan's slaves as well as the suffering of those Saiyan warriors with hansaiya children was incredibly heart wrenching! I kinda almost really do want Trunks to, not necessarily try taking the throne from his father at age 8, but at least reveal his heritage to the Saiyan population now, just to give some hope to people like this 3rd class mother whom was forced to hold a Final Dispatch for her child in secret!

You've captured the characters personalities so well too! Fully expected the boys to sneak onto the ship with Gohan, but it makes perfect sense that having them sit the initial adventure out would have really driven Goten's desire to tag along with Trunks and Bulma so much more! Not that I would have ever expected him to sit idly by while his best friend went anywhere - the two have always been a bit of a package deal, but I really like how well planned out the timing was! i know I wouldn't want to be the one stuck at home while all of my siblings left off on exciting adventures either!

Admittedly, I have always been drawn to Bulma, Vegeta, Trunks, and by extension Goten, as characters more often that Gohan and the others, but you've really managed to hold my attention on Gohan's story arch was well! Usually find myself chapter jumping through fics like this, yet not once have I felt the need to do so, which is quite refreshing! Again. I know that I'll only be able to read up to chapter 22 of this fic, but I am also really exciting to see what surprises those seven remaining chapters have in store! Thank you for sharing all of these incredible works, both finished and abandoned! It's been a long time since I've had the privilege of reading such well written works! :-)

This is an AWESOME story! Please continue it. It could use some proof-reading, though. There are some words that only sound like the one you mean, but are spelled differently. An example is 'comraid'. I don't know what that is, but I know you mean 'comrade'. There are three spots where you've done that. I forget where they are, but I can visualize them. The first two to three times, you put 'com raid' and the last time you put 'comraid'. I think it's back during one of the rebel's raids. When Gohan contemplates turning himself in, you have '[h]e know what everyone wanted him to do'. It should be '[h]e knew...' My point is that you should just rely on auto-correct. Be careful while you're typing.

"[V]ictorious dead"? Does that mean Goku's coming back?

Why didn't they use the Namekian dragonballs to wish Goku back to life, then immediately to Namek?

Is there a Sequel or are you going to finish this one it is a really good read.

I'm glad Gohan, Goten, and Trunks are OK. I don't know how I feel about Dende having a "crush" on Gohan, especially because the Namekians are always referred to as males (he/his). I understand you're going of the knowledge that Namekians aren't divided into sexes. I've got nothing against being gay, but I can't see Gohan as gay because he isn't gay in the show. I'm also glad that Piccolo's there with them.
They're on Namek, why don't they use the Namekian dragonballs to bring Goku back to life? Did the Saiyans even listen to Goku? There were extenuating circumstances that prevented him from carrying out his mission! He didn't need or deserve to die, and he certainly doesn't deserve to stay dead! What about Majin Buu? If Goku stays dead, I don't think I want to read this story. It's almost enough to make me cry (that's a complement if that's the reaction you were going for)!

WHY?! Why did you kill of my favorite Saiyan right of the bat, or rather before the bat (pre-story)? That made me want to cry! I don't know if I want to read this now. :ö(

I hope you update this soon. I love the inclusion of 'Sharing Water' as in 'Stranger in a Strange Land', I always thought it very appropriate for Nameks. I think spell check betrayed you a few times here, but pretty clean over all.
