Great OUAT story! It's been a long time now since I last saw Once Upon A Time, and even longer since I watched it without feeling some level of frustration, but I still have some fond memories from the earlier seasons, so I'm now getting around to finally reviewing your OUAT fics (as they're still enjoyable and they remind me of what I used to like about this show).

Enjoyed this story! Sorry that you lost any interest and weren't able to continue it, though it's understandable given how much the show deteriorated. Thanks for continuing as much as you could and giving an outline of the ending. Glad Neal was saved from falling through the portal, and that Henry was saved from being kidnapped. Thought you portrayed Neal's PTSD quite well, and felt really bad for him as he was going through all that. Loved how everyone was there to support him, and glad he eventually began to heal.

Really enjoyed all the moments he had with all these characters, particularly his father, Emma, Henry, Belle, Archie and Victor. Also liked the moments shared between all those characters. Loved the family dynamics that Rumplestiltskin, Belle, Neal, Emma and Henry formed together.

Also quite enjoyed the parts when Rumplestiltskin and Emma worked together (especially when they dealt with Tamara and when he tried to play matchmaker to Emma and Neal), as in the show one of my favourite partnerships was whenever Gold and Emma teamed up (partly because of how they interacted, and partly because of how they could often have the moral high ground over the more evil villains but be more pragmatic then the other more pure heroes). One of the many reasons why I liked the first couple seasons better, as from seasons 4-6 it seemed that their relationship became significantly more hostile.

Great story! Enjoyed the way you handled the main themes throughout it. :)

The bro-hug make-up scene was rushed, but then that's how it would go on the show. I liked Neal's resourcefulness. His realization that he keeps failing to help people is so sad. I wish that had been covered on the show :-(

I already told u several times that your stories are great. But now i tell you another thing, remenber, as long as you are happy with your writing and with your stories no one else matters.

Oh geez... poor Neal. Hmm...wondering if the British men are The Darling boys. Nice cliffhanger though.

Uh-oh, the Adam and Eddy hipster proxies have entered the story. However did they get from a timeless land eternally stuck in Victorian era to "our world" anyway? Just another plothole. :-(
