I used to read this story when it was first published and felt nostalgic, I love the changes you have made, you have really fleshed it out. I can't wait to see the other changes you have made. Thank you!

I really wanted to like this story, but, well the Hokage ordered the death of a loyal Ninja to protect a secret and then we have Kakashi in chapter 13 remembering killing kids, because everyone had to be silenced. I suppose its more ends justify the means nonsense, but, as I mentioned, they don't. Long term a society based on truth and ethics is likely to be more stable than one based on lies, and in any event, once Konoha becomes the bad guys, well its hard to see much interest in Team 7 growing strong to protect it.

Well this is at least strike one against this story. You have basically used an ends justify the means arguments to justify cold blooded murder of an innocent, and not just any innocent, but one sworn to the leaf itself. Also at some level any Yamanaka that would be called up to do such a service would be trained to keep his mouth shut.

The ends never justify the means. They just don't. This argument is used for so many evils in the world today. Vast swaths of the population justify aiding immoral causes that they know are immoral, because of some "higher goal". Over time the amount of bad behavior they will ignore or bend over backwards to justify grows, until their "higher goal" is easily outweighed by all the evil they have done to achieve it, and pretty soon the higher goal is not so high after all, but rather the compromise goal, but the evil to attain even that lesser goal grows without bound.

I literally read nonstop until now, and I have to say that I love your fic so much! Sad to see that there aren’t going to be anymore updates, but thanks for all the hard work.

Ok damn, so I started reading the story a few weeks ago and have just finished it and I just had to say, that was amazing. I know you haven't updated in like, 2 years and that you probably won't update the story anymore, but I just wanted to tell you that you've got real Talent for letting one feel like the're part of the story,because every time I was reading this, i got so lost and then it was like 3 in the morning and I had no time feeling at all left the way you captured how they matured and how they build this sibling relationship with each other... it's just so amazing. also the way they are slowly influencing the other teams and how they're starting to change Gaara was really well done. I get that you don't owe us anything in terms of updating the story,but if you ever do, do be sure I'll have the story bookmarkes until the day day I lose it or you delete it.

Anko is really an asshole, she should look at her actions before judging others.

I am pretty pissed at her for trying to turn away the Genin team away from Kakashi. She disgust me. I hope Kurenai chastise her more and the Hokage, too because Team 7 is under Hatake and Anko's actions could get them killed if they can't trust their sensei during the missions. She's really immature and idiotic about this.
