Their morning wake up was hilarious, and their interactions were both great in terms of general interactions and that they won't alway get along perfectly. That kiss! And Raphs reaction! Cute9,000!
Of course when Raph got home and had to deal with his brothers and sensei was brilliant. Raphs embarisment about the situation was funny, but I really liked how you had splinter handle Raph staying out all night, not angry per say but slightly concerned by willing to trust Raph to be causious and take care of himself.

Raph interactions with Donnie and Kagome are nice in how different the two are. His slight paranoia with route added to his general reluctant to share and secretive ness in regards to her. And the last scene was just so adorable!

Again I don't have a lot to write, but Kagome attempts to cook Pizza Gyoza was kind of funny.

Roof jumping. That's really does fit what Taph and Kagome would do together better then just talking or hanging out in her room. Perhaps they'll do some training too?

So April showing Kagome around played out a little differently then I original expected but that's fine. The whole thing played out well and I think that my only issue with the scene was that of then Anime/Manga clubs protray, but that is more of a personal issue and meant to be humorous.
I enjoyed the turtle scene a lot, the characters all played off each other well. Raph's pride and embarrassment were great, and fit his charater. Reading Mikey tease Donnie about April made me think how he'd do that to Raph the moment he found out about her. Speaking of Donnie his attention to Aprils call was very cute.
I don't have much to say about the general conversation about Kagome/niece other then I thank you did a great job with it, though that is hardly surprising. Is that bit about the danger and the purple dragons foreshadowing for the future of an I reading to much into it? Ether way Raphs concern was cute.

Kagome relationship with April has not been neglected, and you've set up them up in a way that it's likely that April will help show her around school further delvopinh their friendship, espeacally since you've hinted at them share at least a few classes.
Raph and Kagome rather brief interaction this chapter was adorable. Kagome was right that he is a teenager and very embarrassed. Both characters reacted in ways fitting to their charater, Kagomr knee jerk reaction before calming down made her feel more realistic. You also handled in a way that didn't make it feel like that stupid anime cliche of the by seeing the girl in her underwater or in a towel. It just seemed like something that had happened by chance, Kagome does enjoy bathing after all, it wasn't just a random thing. In fact I didn't even think of that sort of scene till I thought about the chapter for this review so I could give you feed back.

Yet again the way you handle the relationships and interactions between characters has my respect. Ralph and Kagome friendship/relationship is not rushed along nor do they immiditly become friends on their second meeting. Kagome just looking for a friend and is very determined to make one, and Raph seems curious but wary. Its refreshing change on pace and I look forward to seeing where/how you develope it future.
