I really liked this! Write more Stilies/Cora fics! Cause I would love to see them end up together...and there isn't really many Stilies and a special someone type of fics on here...just Stereck really annoying -_-

Hi, uh, sorry for not leaving a review earlier . Honestly I love the Cora-centric aspect of this fic more than anything. I read this before actually getting to the episode where Cora is introduced so a lot of things were really confusing here but I got the point which is great, considering I never even heard of her before.

I really like Cora. And I feel like your fanfic actually expanded on the potential of her character more than anything really. Because I feel like the writers don't actually know what to do with her, besides be something else for Derek to angst over (Boyd, srsly). Maybe it's just me, but that annoys the hell out of me cause Cora has a lot of potential besides just being another Hale that is miraculously not dead for now.

I do really like her character though, so.

Carter don't even start with your own self-criticism. Cora was not too OOc, she was beyond perfect and won my heart. Really. When you described her as a mad woman, I think a little part of me died just because A. it's so spot on and B. the situation is just too sad.

Stiles was like this rock the whole time, an amazing support for Cora but she never even gave him a chance. Which is truly the kind of tragic beauty behind your story. A possibility that was only explored a tiny bit, sort of like scratching off the surface.

I noticed you forgot to mention Laura Hale...was that on purpose? Anyway, it was still an amazing story, no doubt.

Additionally, I liked that made Cora not your usual princess-like female lead. You made her the monster, which adds a nice touch. I didn't exactly see her as a monster before reading this, but I like how you pointed it out and how much more emotional trauma it adds to her character.

I don't even know what to type, because I feel like whatever I do end up typing won't be able to do this any justice. And with a story this beautiful and heartbreaking, at least to me, it would be a shame. So I applaud you. You've left me speechless and with so many thoughts in my head, I can't even begin to make them coherent. *applause*

But... That was flawless.. I'm dying...

Even though there are very little Stiles/Cora stories, I still think this is the best one, good job. Can you write more?

So, I really like how you from time to time remind us just how exactly broken they are, just how hard Cora's heart is and just how stupidly brave Stiles is.

The way I see it, they're the kind of teenagers who realized the burden they carry yet tries to keep on with lives. As Churchill once said, "When you're going through hell, keep going". And they both know just how painful and awful being alone is, yet... Stiles has proven from time to time to be a strong character despite circumstance (Peter offering the bite, Kanima hounding him, Scott's suicide attempt) and God knows just how steel hearted Cora is after her capture from the Alpha pack.

So yeah, this FIC truly fulfills my newly built shiny ship called Stiles x Cora.

Congrats author, you're awesome.

I'm going to try be as coherent as possible. First off, the song...please...PLACEBO IS MY BABY. It's perfect for Cora, or at least, the Cora you described. Lord knows how boring and plain they made canon Cora. And the lyrics really did something for me. She does infact inherent the Hale curse as you showed (just like dEREK.) She pretty much breaks everything that she touches as you said and I see it so clearly now. I love Derek in this. I feel like you made their sibling relationship better than the show. I was also wondering where in the hell she was during the flashbacks (she's his sister right? shouldn't she know something about the sitch too?)

Back to the lyrics and the title. This "there's nothing here, but what here's mine" I LOVE THE IRONY. Because she really doesnt have anything after losing her family in the fire, then isaac, then boyd, and now derek. And the last bit, how she loses Stiles too really displays how self destructive she truly is. This honestly looks like you went through extensive hours of research because you totally get the character.

Like the flashbacks, which are flawless by the way. Derek reading to her was adorable, and this "And that's the first time that Cora realizes that her life will always consist of female role models who end up either dead or burnt to a crisp." YOU WANNA MAKE ME CRY OMG TALIA NOOO

tHE whole build up to the fact that she can't love herself because she no longer has any clue who she is after being so lost for so long is MINDBLOWING! I love how she's slowly desecnding towards this insanity and madness.

This was truly amazing. And I don't know why there isn't many stories on Cora and Stiles, I think they are the perfect couple. Lydia is annoying and I'm not the biggest fan of her, but I love Cora and her feisty side towards Stiles. I truly believe that they will end up together in the end. If not, that will suck. But I seriously loved this one-shot. It was amazing and well written. I wanted to cry. Haha but good job!
