WHY DOES THIS MAKE ME CRY EVERY TIME TT

I know this was posted a long time ago, but I just found it and I have to tell you how much I absolutely loved it. It was so beautifully written, and tragically poetic. You’re descriptions left me speechless, and I very nearly cried. I just want to congratulate you on such wonderful work!

You wrote this BEFORE you saw TDW? I can't believe how accurate it is to the plot. Way to go.

The whole thing is wrenching and poetic and just rich in emotion and symbolism. It was amazing to read through and see what seemed like a trivial detail (like the tapestry she was weaving when she told Thor to protect his brother) become the backbone and refrain of the entire narrative. Thor and Loki's arc was breathtaking and SO SAD. It hurt more than it did, watching the movie, I think. Thor's relationship with Frigga was heartbreaking too. Nobody really dwells on their relationship. I wonder if it was like that. If Thor always desperately wanted her love the way Loki wanted Odin's. The way you played her relationship with Thor against hers with Loki was really ingenious and honestly, just wrenching to read.

This is a really wonderful, emotive piece. I don't know that I can adequately express how deeply it effected me. I can't believe it's taken me so long to find it.

Ugh. This makes me cry so much. Thank you for ripping my heart out :) At the same time, Thor and Loki's interactions are weirdly heartwarming, and I appreciate Jane's presence as well. Also, happy ending for Loki, sort of. Thor, not so much. Anyway, I'll definitely read it again, once I'm ready to.

Man this is sensitive and amazing. I love how you delve into Thor's side of things, and that he demonstrates much more self awareness than he usually does in fanfics. This was beautiful and wonderful and really portrayed their grief so well. There's a depth to the characters here and I loved it.

That's just so sad and so beautiful... I can't feel my heart anymore...
