This should be labeled as a crossover... a random one at that.
Pre crossover, I enjoyed your story. The change of plot and inclusion of a crossover with a surprise AU smallville crew felt out of place. The warning up front in you story description would have been beneficial.

The sudden two chapter crossover, in the middle of your personal story about Felicity and Oliver between the times he's suited up, feels completely out of place and is a complete departure from your plot.

Also, the plot with AJ making Oliver jealous on purpose and the idea of AJ and felicity eventually becoming good friends...really? Unless Oliver gets the chance to put an arrow in him, felicity would be a huge bitch to do that to Oliver. I'm pretty disappointed in this felicity going the route of making him jealous anyway.

The story before all of this was really enjoyable though. Hopefully you get back on plot.

Okay O not only love this story ( which I do ) but I wish it was a tv show or at the very least that you wrote multi-chapter fanfic with all of these characters include.
