Just some advice: show don’t tell

In any scenario, i think joel wouldn't have left david alive a second time, knowing hes a pedophile and cannibal. And living too close to him and ellie, he would just make it look like outsiders, or hide the body.

just thinking, if david had bit her like you wrote, wouldn't he now be infected? saves joel the effort of killing him and maybe he turns on james.

man i looked up some "last of us" fan fiction looking for a joel/ellie fic not expecting much and low and behold i find exactly what i was looking for. it was well paced and well written good job man and thanks for the good read.
