First I have to admit that I skipped this story, twice, because of the title. Now I am truly sorry for that.

But... OMG! Since the first chapter I loved it. It is so well written, great story. You did a great job.
I laughed, I cried. I was worried. Everything at once.

Well, I guess I'm a sucker for Yet Another Lost on a Planet Fic with Jack and Sam!

I love your stories- and I figured Jack for an undergrad English major, too. But, in canon, Jack was born in 1952 and graduated the Academy in 1974, which means he went straight out of high school. If he hadn't, he most likely would have been drafted into the Army in the early 70s for Vietnam...

Okay, I spent the last 2 days binging this story, you know, in between taking care of the family and whatnot. Why do they need to eat so often? Why do they need attention? Can't they see I'm fic reading?
Anyway, this was amazeballs. You kept me guessing, which very few fic writers can do. So, yay. I wanted to comment on every chapter, but I couldn't stop reading. From beginning to end, this was exciting, adventurous, angsty, and just fluffy enough to make it real.
I love that you brought in Jon. When they started talking about Catch 22, I said (out loud, embarrassingly enough!) "Clone!Jack can fix him!" Haha! I like the way you handled Jon. It was well done. I'm not generally a Fan of Clone!Jack fics, unless they're done well. You did well. BTW, even though I profess not to care for them, the Muse made me write one of my own. Darn it all! I was actually surprisingly pleased with it when I was done. Not to toot my own horn (but do shamelessly do so anyway), it's called The Things We Want, if you'd like to peruse it. Hey, so I know you wrote this last year but being new to I am playing catch up. I really love this story and read it, almost without stopping. Its really engrossing and I have thoroughly enjoyed every page of it.
