Good chapter. It's not rushed making it a good pace. There's a few OOC spots, but not too bad. Awesome job on Soifon even if you put her in OOC. She can be hard to work out. I bet she probably can sense Rika's not going to stand up for herself and she doesn't want to step on toes.

This story has potential. You have an OC who isn't slightly Mary-Sue in the least, and most of the characters were very IC. Good job! I look forward to you updating again!
