Strangely I find your fiction far more realistic than any other pon-farr occurring fics. It's quite refreshing to not have incoherent sex marathon/sacrifice and long love declaration with a touch of tragedy. Yes, I find your story quite canon and very funny.

Really funny! Especially the ending line

That was very cute. I loved the section from Bones point of view. I can see why Christine and Uhura and any of the female crew would have offered - happily/eagerly - especially since current canon has Spock with Uhura. I would love to have read the conversation between the senior staff where someone suggested Spock might want something different.

This was too funny imagining everyone going to offer to "help" Spock and them him making his public choice of Jim.
