I'm sorry not sorry to point this out but your summary and story aren't matching up here. Not to say that in a mean way at all. It's just that your summary talks about the guy who is the father of Brian's kids like that's going to be the main plot whereas the entirety of the story to this point has ignored that even such a creature exists. I don't wanna sound rude with this it's just that that's the whole reason I decided to read this and I'm not getting any of that

I know nothing about these swat characters Brian and cat do I really hope that it's not necessary to know them
