| SuziH-J chapter 1 . 7/23/2018 I’m hooked on this now. Loved the reference to Back to the Future. Was happy to see the sontaran in the cabinet until I realised it must be Strax. Looking forward to reading the rest, & finding out how Ianto eventually gets back where he belongs. I’m also guessing that he may turn out to be his own great-grandfather. |

Most fics tend to turn him into Sherlock Holmes, 007 and MacGyver all rolled into one. I like that you keep him as just a simple man. And I do love a happy ending, now and again. Your dialogue and scene descriptions are so clever. Ianto is eye-rolling-ly witty even in his silent observations. ("She's his type: young, cute, not so bright." Jack smiled in memory, and Ianto did not point out the obvious.") Great twist at the end. Brilliant story. |
