Wow that was great! I wish there had been more of a bond between Sirius and James. I really like to feel it there, and it seemed to be missing in this story.

I like how you were able to hit the right note of humour (e.g. Mrs. Potter wondering briefly if it were all a trick so that they could live together always, the boys trying and failing to keep a straight face while talking about how they're never any trouble when they're together) and keep the story properly serious. Nicely done.

This is a really good story. I think they way James' parents welcome Sirius with open arms and his uncle gave him the money and accepted him as still being family though he was disowned. It was very well written and I liked that Sirius got up when James' mother wanted while James stayed in bed.

I really liked seeing James and Sirius's friendship here! You wrote both of them well. I like the Lily/James plot, but it was nice to see them two talking about something other than her. Good story!

I love reading the marauder era this was well written and I could imagine this happening
