   XenoLucifer chapter 1 . 7/18 Wait, He's sixteen and has a beard? he has a beard despite being a son of haphaestus? he has a beard despite working in a forge?! sorry, this might seem like a minor issue, or not even an issue at all to some people but stuff like that really bothers me. Let me tell you something though, you do not want a beard when working in a forge it's absolute hell, not only is it irritating but it only works against you when it comes to heat. The amount of times my uncle came home with a beard smelling like burning charcoal is large, his beard even caught fire once, which was pretty hilarious. Anyways, story seems to progress at a slightly too fast pace, skipping a lot of important stuff. Usually skipping the early years of the main characters life is acceptable but in this case I can't agree, the story seems to focus on him and his relationship with Thalia yet you skipped the entirety of how they met when fleeing towards camp half-blood, that is kinda a big deal. |
