Just a heads up that the following part of the Content Guidelines is broken so far, despite the good writing quality that this story has beforehand:

"The chapter system is not to be used as placeholder for non-story content such as author notes. You can add short author notes to the beginning or at the end of stories but never as individual chapters."

Add some story content within this chapter or merge it as an author's note within a chapter of your most recently updated story that has story content. Please do not disturb the story section with a chapter within your story that is nothing but an announcement.

As someone who's still actively involved in this community, I have to say that what you're doing is aggravating. Your departure isn't what upsets me, it's the way in which you left. You spammed the HSM page with non-story material. This is an issue because other ACTIVE writers such as myself spend days, weeks, MONTHS even writing their next update. So when we publish our next chapter that we've worked so hard on, the story gets to sit at the top of the page for awhile. It's a spot we've earned. It's inconsiderate to the writers you share this site with to push ALL 18 of your stories above theirs to the front page with NO EFFORT.

It would have been more appropriate to add that announcement to the end of each story's last update, instead of making a new update for that announcement alone as you've done. Or even just keeping what you've written on your profile would have sufficed.

In summary, I'm not annoyed that you're leaving FFN. That's a choice regarding your own life that you alone should make. I'm just irritated at the way you spammed the HSM page with your little announcement instead of quietly exiting. It was obnoxious, unnecessary, and unfair to other writers who've worked hard on their updates. There were other ways to alert readers that didn't break the guidelines that I wish you had considered.

Gabby had to resolved her life. She didn't want to be victims anymore. Her brother and mother knew that their actions were wrong against Gabby. They want to change and become a true family.

She went to see Troy. I really liked how they talked about what happened. Troy didn't feel right to talk to Gabby after what he did. He couldn't face her of his actions with Sharpay. Yet, Gabby let him have it. She wanted him to fight for her.

Both of them realized that they need each other. Love is not perfect, but for them it was.

It was so sweet how you ended the story. It was, "The Story of Us."
