Okay so ok just binge read this story in like a couple hours and HOLY HE'LL this story is absolutely amazing! That was actually brilliant -very well executed prose. The repitition served to encapsulate the precice nature of Mycroft's character and just that little bit of humanity. Amazing, truly.

Hi there, I love this fic and just wanted to mention to you that phrases like gotten are very american and not very british (we say got), and also that off of is not correct english, it would be off, eg he got off the sofa.
