Reviews for Gravity and Need
Guest chapter 1 . 3/30/2019
This is really good! Love seeing John’s nurturing side!
Dr. Catherine Potter chapter 1 . 5/25/2016
As someone who regularly experiences migraines, this story was particularly well written to my brain. Bathroom tiles and ice packs are the best thing ever, especially when medicine takes 1-5 hours to set in. I loved your portrayal of Sherlock and John's relationship. Thank you!

Kels93 chapter 1 . 12/5/2014
Definitely one of the top sick-fics I've ever read; a truly awesome piece of work. I love how John cares for his best friend! Awww...Sherlock in pain like this makes me want to reach through and lend comfort myself but I am reassured knowing that John is going to set things right!
Arpho chapter 1 . 7/26/2014
Wow, this was really great! Very well-written.
SwanQueenOf221B-RepublicCity chapter 1 . 12/1/2013
Really awesome! I know what it's like to get migraines that strong... And you described it quite accurately!
Love this story :) :)
Guest chapter 1 . 11/19/2013
Oh yes. A thousand times, YES!

This is beautiful. I love seeing it from both of their POV's. You did a great job with this! Thank you for sharing it with us.

I love this description you used for their connection. "Primal at it's core, friendship set on fire. Reliance, trust, love if looked at in the right light."

Absolutely spot on.

CherryFlavouredPoison chapter 1 . 10/29/2013
Alright... this was... interesting. I liked the way you described how Sherlock felt with that God-awful migraine. And one thing, about the French part - Seeing as he and John are friends, I find that they should not really address themselves in a formal way (the usage of "vous"), and rather than that use "toi", which is informal :)

Froid Glacial chapter 1 . 10/29/2013
Nicely done! I could feel Sherlock's physical anguish through the whole story. The man will never learn...:)

I love friendship stories and this one was a very good one!

Question: why did you have Sherlock text John in French? I have my theory but you're the writer so I'd like to know your reasons :)
Prothoe chapter 1 . 10/29/2013
Awwww, I'm practically a sick!fic addict and I loved every single word of your one-shot!
A wonderful writing style, kind of poetic.
It nearly broke my heart to see Sherlock so desperate, alone and in pain. But then it is wonderful John to the rescue. I liked the gentle way he takes care of Sherlock and his warmheartedness. Since I do not ship them, I read this as very strong friendship. But I think that's okay;)

Thank you so much for making my day!
