Honestly, putting Akako in the mix? One of the best moves ever, especially since she's literally a witch, and rational detectives don't even know where to start to explain THAT. Also she's the character that knows Kid's identity, tries to kill him, helps him and blushes adorably just because: TRY GIVING AN EXPLANATION TO THAT.

And Himura? That guy creeps me out and yet it's such an intriguing character, like: what's his motivation? Is he just a sadistic sociopath or it's just a really complicated plan to get something? And what? How does he know everything? I could FEEL the tension when they met O.O

I already know that I'm gonna read this fic so many times that the the sentences will be forever stuck into my brain.

THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE FANFIC
I've never actually seen Kaitou Kid being portrayed so powerful before. In the original animes, the lines between Kid and Kaito is quite... blurred. You see a lot of Kaito on Kid, and a lot of Kid on Kaito. He is a teenage thief who is prone to make (sometimes relatively "silly") blunders during heists and get bested by Conan Edogawa every time. A bit like Peter Parker, the teenage superhero.
In this fic, however, Kid is an entire different person that will take too long to describe. He's... matured, not the kind of maturity that you gradually get as you grow up but the kind of maturity of someone who's been through too much of the bad things. I'm incredibly eager for the day Kid's real identity is figure out - I truly wonder if Kaito has changed along with Kid, if he's still the carefree and mischievous prankster he is before. Because apparently, in this fic, Kaito's poker face is so incredible that it's scary. Who truly is Kaitou Kid, in this fic?
You did a rather great job with Amuro's characterizations, although I'm a bit used to have him in control of situations instead of being confused (and scared) by Kid (Now that I think of it, there's this time in the movies where Conan attached a listening device on to Kazami's sleeve and was busted out by Furuya in the middle of eavesdropping on important PSB conversations).
There's only one problem I have with this story (and it has nothing to do with the author, purely directed to th characters). WHAT IS IT WITH CHARACTERS OF THE DC TO KEEP SECRETS FROM EACH OTHER! I seriously wanted nothing more than to dimension travel straight into their conversation and spill all the beans out, perhaps while whacking them with a crowbar.
PLEASE UPDATE EARLY! I can't wait.

Kaito is actually younger than can see it in the anime and manga magic kaito who consontrate on the shinichi is in hich school, Kaito and Aoko aren't in hichscool yet.

Amuro's interactions were really interesting, and Kaito was portrayed marvelously awesome during the entire of it It even gave me goosebumps. The fact Conan's mysterious 'brother' has a dangerous edge that goes beyond the secret agent's expectations, and proved with him inmediately locating the bug...! Just beautiful. And Conan amused while at it... Lol

Them pointing out to each other's face who is more reckless xD It's something we fans are already aware of, but seeing it out like this somehow makes it feel different. You even went as far as mentioning the Singapore kidnapping from the latest movie (and now I'm sad because I haven't seen it yet... Ahhh a few months left to go!)

The story continues to become more and more intriguing and Kid's abilities are always the top! I laughed when I saw poor Amuro's difficulty when he heard his voice on the phone.
I like the particular references to the various accidents / situations which Conan and Kid found themselves! * * All the movies with kid are spectacular, I still remember the anxiety during the sunflowers.
Please continue, a good story is coming out!
