  ThatReviewPerson chapter 1 . 2/11 Okay, Imma be honest: this is an excellent concept, an underrated pairing, and had great potential. However, you killed it with your horrendous execution. Innumerable spelling and grammatical errors, jolting POV shifts, weird phrasing, poor pacing, poorly written dialogue, out-of-character dialogue, unneeded dialogue, no dialogue where maybe there should be... a lot of problems with dialogue. It also moves WAY too fast, cramming what could (and arguably should) be two, maybe three chapters worth of content (properly written) into one chapter that just feels so rushed that it's easy to miss details. I intend this to be constructive criticism, because this is actually (as I said before) a really interesting concept and, from what I could make out, a pretty good story as well. With a (massive) rewrite, this story has the potential to be really great. I'd hate to see it wither and die due to a poor first draft. Please consider rewriting this. Just in case, I'll follow both you and the story. (After I log in, which I realise now I haven't done yet. Whoops.) |
