Not the best first impression chapter. The scenes lack transition, you just hop from one part to the next without filling it out properly. Plus, Uiharu is a non-combatant. While being obliged to help if she happens to be nearby as a Judgment member, no sane commander sends the information warfare specialist to the field. Especially not one who is quite literally the BEST in that field, barring the FUCKING LEVEL 5 ELECTROMANCER esper.

I think you made a mistake here in Chap 29 - there's no way Kuroko can teleport Touma. Imagine Breaker, remember?

This was an awesome chapter, I loved the fight (although the Mikoto fan in me was hoping you had a way of writing in a win for her that I couldn't think of no matter how hard I tried her powers just lack the same amount of offensive capabilities as the other bar no.5) also while doesn't effect the story despite Uiharu's bragging if she decided to kill Mikoto could't Kuroko just teleport something into Uiharu's heart which no matter how fast she can melt things it won't stop a piece of metal just appearing in her heart killing her, although only Accelerator and Touma(maybe) would be able to prevent it.

sorry that a lot of this doesn't have much to do with the story I was just curious, I do love what you've done with the character and especially how you developed Uiharu's powers as well as shown the insanity issue that the write pointed out effects the level 5's I think so good job.

Pros: - good story so far
- got the characters' personalities sorted.

I dont think Misaka Mikoto would be mind affected, seriously a level 5 Mental Out tried to control her and failed, I dont think a meager level 4 can affect her mind at all. It is after all immune to mind control.

It would be more realistic for Mikoto to feel the rage of the guy and backed down.

i dont have any idea what pandora is but this chapter was good :) and for the magic fight ,vs the vampire: i was a bit suprised about her magic variation but as you said they are unknown waters, if i can give you a suggestion about the magic of albedo than : how would it be if she is using a form of magic which is related against the person who killed the son of god? like 'as vampire she is the embodiment of a anti-christ, therefore cant use christian spells but is the perfect counter against saints :) ,

good chapter and the story becomes more and more complex ;/ i like it :)

Really interesting chapter, things seem to be getting intense. Looking forward to the next one. Quick thing about your discussion of vectors vs. black holes at the end. I know a bit of physics, and I think Accelerator should technically be able to withstand a black hole. This is why: Accelerator controls vectors, and all forces are vectors. There are 4 fundamental forces of nature: the strong force, the weak force, the electromagnetic force, and the gravitational force. Because he can manipulate gravity for himself, he should be able to resist black holes, at least to a certain degree. Of course there is the limitation of his choker on his neck. Yeah just thought I'd get that out there haha

Awesome. I'm glad I spent some time to catch back up with this story, it's really good. Aside from a couple awkward words, this is turning into a really good story. I'm looking forward to what happens next.
