Omg this was an amazing story. I have no words to describe how this story made me feel. The angst filled my soul with such elation and bliss. However, I actually cried in this story! That's how wonderfully excellent it was written. Please continue to write stories like this. Stories that don't necessarily revolve around magic. Stories that prove that tragedy strikes when you least expect it. And that sometimes, as unfortunate as it may seem, accident happen. XD

Honestly, this scared me. Everything felt dark and gory and mysterious, and before I realized it, I already reached the terrible terrible ending (O meant the ending okay not your writing). My heart just sank at the thought of Natsu and the others just silently crying, grieving over their friend's loss. I also liked that part where Erza said to Natsu "Let go," and so he did and Gray just... Ugh. T_T Thanks for this.

This was somewhat weird for an ending and i feel it could be expanded upon but that is probably why you stated that you may come back, as well as you have other stories to edit and create.

I had hoped for the rest of the guild to find out about this tragedy and see their reactions to the news, i would already assume that a flood warning would be appropriate when Juvia hears about it.

either way i hope to see more of your material up soon and to see an epilogue type fic for this treasure.

I really liked how you did the ending, even if it was angsty! Poor Natsu :( I thought you did Erza pretty well though, I mean, she would be the one to try to remain calm in this situation, although maybe a bit more heartbroken over it. Also, I'm definitely excited to see your one-shot and maybe even future chapters of Taphophobia (sorry if I misspell it lol) , so please keep writing :D
