This is my second time to read your story. I’m reading it because JoBethDalloway on tumblr recommended something to lighten the mood during the Covid-19 lockdown (although in Ireland we’re calling it a lock-in).
Your story has given me such calm and a feeling of peace in these troubled times. So thank you.

I'm curious about something that I've noticed reading lots of these wonderful stories. Why is it that Maura always wears a thong? I'm sure like every other woman on the planet she owns different styles of underwear.

Right this chapter will Maura's son getting bed time stories just doesnt make sense to me. When I was 11 I definitely didnt get or want bed time stories. I take it the revelation of Maura's biological father is coming next. Should be fun :)

I've just rreread this story and it was just as great the second time around. One of the best I've read!

Its funny that this chapter mentions the possibilities of multiple pregnancies with IVF because I've had this rather wacky idea for a story running around inside my head. I was thinking wouldnt it be funny to see how Jane would react to find out that after IVF treatment her and Maura are to be the mothers to Octuplets (thats 8!). I can just imagine the look on Jane's face lol :p

i like the way you write this story and interweave the show into it it works well and we get the rizzles also wat could be better and yes frank is an idiot he brought his mistakes on himself but brought the family into it with all the fights arguments and the bills when he left and his punishment is the cancer so he comes crawling back to the family he left for help
