Reading through this - I'm pretty sure this is the only story I've seen where someone besides Mycroft plays Operation with Sherlock.

I like /many/ things about this, especially the devious "I could ... text Mycroft".
I am curious, though, why Ukrainian? I realise that you probably just chose a random, not-well-known nationality to give to a foreign scoundrel, but why not just ignore that bit and let his nationality remain ambiguous?
