[TWO HOURS AFTER PART 15 – HOSPITAL WAITING ROOM]
Abby stared at Gibbs. "How much longer."
Gibbs laughed, "If there's one thing I know about babies is they take as long as they take Abbs; There isba no time table."
Abby stared at him. "I guess so I just can't wait."
"I know Abby they'll come when they come."
[ZIVA'S ROOM]
Ziva let out a scream and Tony worried.
She glared at him. "Tony I think you should get the Doctor: This baby is coming I can feel the head."
Just as Ziva was making the request the Doctor walked into the room. "So how are we doing?"
He could tell the pretty Israeli was pushing. "Don't push Ziva, let me check youir progress first."
"I don't have a choice Doctor. My body is making the decisions."
Just as those words escaped her lips a tiny head appeared from Ziva's body. "Okay Ziva; there's the head. Daddy you want to catch the baby?"
Tony numbly nodded and approached the foor of the bed as Ziva gave one more push and the baby dropped into Tony's hands.
He looked down at his baby son.
He heard Ziva's voice. "Well what is it?"
He brought the baby up to his soon to be wife. "It's a boy."
Ziva smiled and watched as Tony donned the baby with a diaper, a sleeper and a tiny blue hat.
inHe took the baby and went to take him to go see their friends.
The Doctor approached the couple. "Well it could be a few minutes before the next one comes. So take your son to show your friend's the second one is still high."
Ziva rolled her eyes, "Geat."
Tony took the baby out to see the NCIS crew.
Abby rushed up to him. "One down one to go,"
"Well what is it?"
"Say hello to Callum David-Dinozzo."

Abby squealed, "A boy!"
He handed the previous boy to Gibbs. Gibbs touched the down on the top of that baby's head and handed him baby to his father. "You better go and make it for round two."
Tony grabbed his son and made his way back to Zivs's room.
He put the tiny baby in the basinette. "So how are you doing Ziva?"

She grunted and Tony could tell she was pushing. He saw the top of another baby's head. "Doctor baby 2 is coming."
The Doctor stood at the end of Ziva's bed and caught the second male twin. "It's another boy you guys."
Ziva grabbed the second squaling baby and put him to her breast.
The Doctor smiled, "Just the placenta and then you're done."
Ziva nodded and grunted as another contraction bega. The Doctor looked between Ziva's legs as she handed the baby back to his father.
The Doctor stared at the couple "There's another one in there guys."
Ziva was almost in hysterics "What do you mean there's another one in here?"
She's comig out breach. Ziva felt the urge to push and delived the baby into the Doctor's waiting hands "It's a girl."
Tony stared at the unexpected surprise. "Wow."

He put a diaper and a sleeper on the tiny baby and brought her to the waiting room.
Abby stared at Tony and put her hand out for the tiny child. "A girl, wow one of each."
Tony lookd sheepishy at the group."There are actually three, this one was hiding."
"That is Kate. Kirkland is in the room with his mother." .
Gibbs came up and smacked Dinozzo on the head. "Hey what was that for?"
"What Ziva."
"Hey she was there too."

Gibbs glared at Tony. "Three?"
Tony took his little girl and went back to Ziva's room. He handed their daughter back to Ziva. "There you go mommy."
She smiled and took her daughter from her father. "I am never doing this again."
Tony gave her a cheeky grin. "That's ok, I think three is enough."
