Planet Earth- Smallville

The battle between Clark, Diana, Ursa and Zod continued with both factions splitting into two fights: Diana against Ursa and Clark against Zod.

By then, most of the people in the shopping district have finally evacuated and only the four warriors occupied the middle of the district. With a signal to Diana, Clark and Diana grabbed each other's hands and with a pull, Clark spun Diana around in a circle and threw her towards their opponent's direction. Diana flew towards Ursa and landed on her with a punch; at the same time, Clark sped towards Zod and threw a punch on his face.

Zod slid to the side and avoided the punch but Clark was quick and threw a side kick towards Zod's stomach. Zod countered and grabbed Clark's leg and threw him away. He didn't waste any time and sped towards the direction Clark was going to land.

Diana and Ursa exchanged attacks and defences against each other. Both were formidable in the arts of combat. Ursa was able to deflect most of Diana's attacks but she couldn't find any openings for a counterattack against the Queen.

When she finally saw an opening, she dropped to the ground and swung her leg to sweep the Queen off of her feet. But Diana saw this and she jumped; and with great force, she landed all of her weight onto Ursa's knees.

"Argh!"

Ursa screamed in pain as her left knee nearly broke into two. With force from her right leg, she pushed herself away from the Queen. She grabbed her left leg and stared angrily at Diana, her breathing heavy.

Diana smirked at her, "Is that all you can do? For a former lieutenant, I must say, I'm disappointed."

Ursa kept quiet as she took a deep breath and straightened herself. She stared fiercely at the queen, and as she did, her eyes glowed a bright red colour and steam were emitting from her eyes.

Diana sighed and prepared herself and her bracelets for the familiar attack.

Zod finally had Clark by the neck; and with his speed, he dragged his body through the ground and across the district. Clark was in pain as he tried to release himself from Zod's grip, but before he did, Zod threw him to the skies again. Zod then grabbed another car from his side and threw it towards Clark.

But Clark saw the oncoming car towards him and with force; he tightened his fist and punched the car down to Zod. The car was too fast and Zod was caught by the attack. Clark didn't waste time and threw a kick on Zod's face, who was then sent flying.

Clark was breathing heavily as he focused his gaze to where Zod had landed; but as he did, a sudden jolt of pain caught his eyes. He groaned in pain as he put his hands over his eyes in an attempt to cool down the burning pain. It was as if his eyes were on fire.

His attention wavered from the fight that he didn't notice the red beam that flew towards him. He was immediately caught by it and was sent crashing onto a nearby store. He shook his head as he got up and looked at the figure with glowing red eyes in front of him.

"It's surprising just how slow you are when adapting to your abilities." Zod commented as he walked towards Clark, "You probably don't know all of your powers yet, don't you?"

"I never needed any of these powers to begin with anyway," Clark smirked, "I only needed it now to defeat you."

"If you don't even know your own powers, how do you expect to defeat me?"

But Clark knew that even with his powers, they weren't enough to defeat Zod in a one on one battle. Both of them had the same powers but Zod was trained, disciplined and more experienced in combat. It took him days to adapt and master the abilities that took Clark years to develop. He was a soldier. So Clark needed something- a secret weapon- that was going to help him defeat Zod; and the only person he knew that could help him obtain it was his father.

Clark was desperate to defeat Zod; they've caused enough destruction in his hometown; and he knew that it was only a matter of time before the government and the military responds. And that was the last thing he wanted- more friction between Earth and Krypton.

He tightened his fists and prepared to charge when he caught a figure from behind Zod that suddenly flew in and landed on Zod himself, causing Zod to stumble and fall on the ground.

"I'm getting bored Kryptonian!"

It was Diana's voice. She appeared in front of them with fury and annoyance on her face as she marched towards them. Clark looked to Zod and saw Ursa's body on top of him, struggling to get up. She must've been beaten badly by Diana.

Zod and Ursa stood up and as they did, Ursa said to Zod, "Forgive me General." To which Zod simply placed his hand on her shoulder and gave her a nod in response.

By the time both of them have stood up and faced Clark again, Diana was already by his side. They all stared at each other until Zod smirked, "At least you've made one right decision in your life Kal-El; you have a strong wife beside you."

Clark raised an eyebrow and smiled, "I know."

Without warning, Zod threw a large fiery beam towards the couple but Diana deflected it with her silver bracelets. While she held the beam off, Ursa suddenly appeared behind Diana; but before she could strike with a kick to Diana, Clark pushed her away with great force.

Once Zod stopped his attack, Diana's silver bracelets were left with a great fiery red glow. But Diana didn't waste any second and attacked the slightly stunned Zod. She threw several punches at him but Zod blocked all of them with his hands; he wouldn't allow for any opening until he was thrown away by another car from the side. Diana turned to the source of the flying car and saw that it was Clark that had thrown the car. But before she could shout to him, he was attacked by Ursa with a kick on the stomach. Diana gritted her teeth at the sight but she couldn't afford to worry anymore; she needed to take the opportunity Clark had given her and so she did. So Diana grabbed the golden lasso from her side, spun it on the air and tossed the ring at Zod; the lasso wrapped around Zod's body.

"Urgh!"

He was unable to release himself from the lasso's hold; and the more he struggled, the tighter the lasso clutched around his body.

"What is this?!" Zod demanded.

Diana pulled onto the lasso to tighten its grip further on Zod, "Krypton has his technologies but Themyscira has her magic."

Sure enough Clark was stunned by the sudden kick from Ursa; but he held his ground and stayed upright. Ursa was strong; but not as strong as Zod. She was, however, more conserved and calm than Zod, which made her very unpredictable.

Suddenly, she disappeared from in front of Clark; his eyes followed her as she sped around him in different directions in an attempt to confuse him. And as she did, she threw punches at him from different sides and angles. He groaned at each punches but he kept his concentration on her until finally, he saw a glimpse of her speeding past him from his right. He immediately grabbed her hand and twisted it around her back. She didn't scream in pain but her expression said otherwise. He kept her hand on her back in order to subdue her but Ursa threw a low kick on his knee and caused him to fall. She released herself from his grab and punched him on the face.

Clark landed by the city hall and as Ursa sped towards him, he broke a lamppost beside him and used it to hit Ursa and sent her flying. He jumped after her and with a deep breath, blew huge gusts of wind that sent her further away.

He turned around and saw that Zod was struggling to release himself from Diana's golden lasso. So he mustered as much energy as he could and concentrated his gaze at Zod. He felt his eyes burn until finally, his surroundings turned red and all he saw was a red glow.

"Diana!" he shouted.

Diana saw the glow on her husband's eyes and knew exactly what she needed to do. She released the lasso from Zod and with a scream, Clark released a burst of red beam from his eyes which enveloped Zod and threw him away.

Clark dropped on his knees and covered his eyes in an attempt to cool his burning eyes. He groaned in pain. It was the first time he's attempted to use that specific ability- the ability he's only watched Zod and Ursa used. Moreover, due to his recent injury, his body was still weakened.

Diana ran to her husband's side and knelt beside him, "Are you okay? You're still not fully healed from your injuries."

"I'm fine," Clark smiled at her," most importantly, we need to stop them soon. We've caused too much destruction here already that the military will surely intervene very soon. And I don't want that; there's been too much casualties already."

Suddenly, both of them heard a static noise from Diana's jean pocket. It was then that Clark realised how difficult it must've been for Diana to fight in jeans and buttoned shirt; but she didn't let it constrict her from her fight.

Diana grabbed the source of the sound- a Kryptonian communicator. She pressed a button and Jor-El's voice appeared.

"Princess! Are you all okay? Where is Kal-El and my wife?"

"Father!" Kal-El shouted, "Mother is fine."

"Kal-El?" Jor-El was confused, "Why are you battling Zod? You're not well yet. "

"Never mind about that, Zod and Ursa have the same powers I do; how is this possible?"

"I know, but I'll explain everything later. Right now, you'll need a weapon to defeat them. A group of Kryptonian military soldiers are currently with me; and we are on our way to Earth." Jor-El sighed, "I'm sorry it took us a while and you had to deal with them by yourselves but we are coming with the weapon that can destroy them. Until then, I ask that you keep them occupied. My request might be too much but-"

"You do not have to apologise Father," Clark smiled, "it's our duty to stop the threat coming from our planet."

"Then I'll leave everything to you." Jor-El said to them before they cut off the transmission.

Clark and Diana stood up again; ready to face the enemies that stood in front of them once more. Both of them prepared to charge when suddenly-

Boom!

Everything happened in a split second: a large explosion occurred right in front of them, to where Zod and Ursa stood, and all that were left were smoke, dusts and debris. Both of them had to cover their eyes as thick smoke gathered around them. They looked around for any signs of Zod and Ursa but they couldn't find them in their surroundings. It wasn't until a voice called out, "They've been hit!" that they've noticed.

The voice came from a member of the American army that finally surrounded both Clark and Diana. The army consisted of soldiers with guns, military trucks and terrifyingly, tanks. They surrounded them with every soldier's guns pointed at them. One of the soldiers- an older man with short dark hair and streaks of white hair at both sides of his head; who wore a more formal uniform than the rest of the soldiers: black uniform and hat with multiple badges strapped on his uniform- came up to the front and faced the couple. His face looked somehow familiar to Clark; as if he resembled someone he knew.

"Your majesties, King and Queen of Krypton," he announced in a deep voice, "As a General of the American army, I am here to deliver a message from the American government."

"…"

"'You have already caused massive damage in our planet- an area outside of your rule and jurisdiction. Therefore, we ask that you leave this planet and bring your personal battles with you.' We, the military, are here to escort you away as per our government's commands."

Clark furrowed his eyebrows, "There is no way we can leave without our former General and lieutenant."

"Then you leave us no choice but to exert force."
