A/N: Aaaaah. I'm sorry! But I'm not sorry! Lyrics by totallyfubar of Tumblr. Then wonderfully sung by many people... why did I write this...
*Edit* Thanks for the note Ashen!
It was an accident. Or at least Anna was sure it was an accident. She was just playing. She hadn't meant to break the standing set of armor, and she certainly hadn't meant to launch one of the sharper pieces across the room. And she hadn't meant for it to go directly into…
She tried to remain cheerful as she hopped up to Elsa's door, despite her pounding heart and the panic she now felt. She truly, truly hoped her elder sister would answer this time, because… this was not exactly a job she could do alone.
With a deep breath, she knocked on the wooden paneling. Using the same excited rhythmic tap as when they were children.
"Elsa?" she called. No answer. She gulped, glancing up and down the hall.
Then she sang into the closed door.
"Will you help me hide a body? Come on we can't delay!"
She looked surreptitiously at the large human-sized lump at the end of the hall, currently swaddled in the rich velvet curtains.
"No one can see him on the floor. Get him out the door, before he can decay!"
The edge of the curtain was stained a distinct crimson rust now. Right next to the growing puddle of red and the armor piece that she had accidentally… oh dear. This incriminated her even more.
Her gaze shot back to the door. Still no response.
"I thought you were my buddy," Anna sang desperately. "We won't get caught. Just help me and don't ask why! Will you help me hide a body?" Nothing. She placed her mouth at the keyhole. "It doesn't have to be in one piece…"
The door latch suddenly shifted.
Anna jumped back just as Elsa slammed the door open. The elder girl's face was contorted by a look of sheer stunned horror.
"Anna, what are you…" she trailed off as the younger girl cringed and stiffly gestured to the side. She partially came out into the hall and let her view follow the direction.
Her jaw dropped.
"Oh god whyyyyyy…" she sang, aghast.
