I gave this a real quick edit because I wanted to get it up for you guys. I'll give it another look tomorrow & fix any errors, I apologize in advance.

Slade studied the two women sitting next to each other. This wasn't part of his original plan but he could make this work, he thought. After all, he had two people that Oliver would stop at nothing to get back. He just needed some more time; his army was almost ready. The few soldiers he had at the moment were not enough for the destruction he had imagined. No, he had to bide his time. He waited five years, a few more weeks were nothing.

"I'm happy to see you ladies have made yourselves comfortable." He said, moving a chair from the corner so that he could sit across from them.

"What the hell do you want?" Laurel asked, unsettled.

Slade studied her for a moment, "did your friend here not tell you?"

"Tell her what," Felicity asked, confused.

Slade let out a small chuckle, "I guess the vigilante doesn't trust you that much after all. I'm surprised he's never mentioned me."

"Oh, he's mentioned you. I know he thought you were dead, and I know you were a little crazy…"

"Is that what he said, I'm crazy? That's interesting, indeed." Slade began, "the way I remember it is I saved his life, taught him how to survive, made him a fighter, and in the end he betrayed me." He said, getting up from his chair. "Do you know what it's like to watch someone you love with someone else?" He asked Felicity. "I have a feeling you do. Yet, I didn't hold it against him."

"I don't see what this has to do with us," Laurel interrupted.

"Oh, but you will. You see shortly after he started his affair with Shado, he was taken. I was injured, Shado nursed me back to health to the best to her ability. We thought he was dead. Of course, there's some vermin that don't die… he came back. Well, his captors brought him back, and lo and behold who was one of them? Your sister." He said, grinning at Laurel.

"It was a great surprise to all of us that the sister of his girlfriend, that he thought was dead, was actually very much alive. Have you put it together yet, love?"

Laurel looked over to Felicity for confirmation, "Oliver is the Arrow?"

Felicity shut her eyes, she didn't want to betray Oliver but she couldn't deny it. "Yes," was all she whispered.

It took a moment for Laurel to digest what she had just been told. Her father had been right last year, and she defended Oliver against him. All of this time and Oliver couldn't tell her the truth.

Slade gave her sympathetic look, "have you guessed the second part yet?" he asked.

"What second part?" she asked confused.

Slade smiled menacingly, "just the part about your sister running around at night alongside of the Arrow, the two vigilante lovers."

"Sara?" She couldn't wrap her head around her sister being the woman in black.

"Laurel," Felicity whispered, "don't let him get to you. I will explain what I know to you, but don't let him in your head."

"How brave you are, . I knew you were going to be a problem early on, but I was surprised you'd drag a recovering alcoholic with you." He chastised.

"I don't care what you think or what you have to say," Felicity bite back.

"Of course you don't. You're Oliver's friend, his team mate, you're loyal. I admire that about you." He condescended. "But I'm curious, did he tell you that Shado who he made believe he cared for, died because he chose traitorous Sara over her. Because of his choices Shado is dead, a bullet in her head… and he goes on. Did you know that?" He asked, losing some of his composure.

Felicity flinched back a bit from his anger. "I know that if there was any way he could have saved her, he would have."

"Blind faith is dangerous Ms. Smoak, remember that. I'll let you ladies marinate a bit, I'm sure there is plenty for you two to talk about." Slade gave them one more glance and walked out. He gave the guard outside their door instructions for the evening and went to work on the next phase of the destruction of Oliver Queen. It seemed certain things would need to be expedited.

It took Laurel a moment to digest what she had just been told. Sure, she had her suspicious a year ago but was convinced it couldn't be him. Now not only was Oliver the Arrow, but Sara was the woman in black. The two people closest to her and she had no idea who they really were. Felicity did. She knew about Oliver and Sara. She knew it wasn't her secret to tell but she couldn't escape the hurt she felt.

"Laurel," Felicity whispered pulling her from her thoughts. "Are you okay?"

Laurel knew she couldn't worry about secret identities at the moment - this wasn't the place for contemplation. They had to get out.

"I'm… I'm fine. We need to get out of here." She told Felicity.

"Do you, uh, wanna talk about what you just found out?" She asked, hoping she wouldn't.

Shaking her head, "not right now. We just need to find a way to get out of here."

"I have an idea," Felicity said, pointing over to the table with a couple bottles of water an a few sport bars.

Laurel looked at her questioningly, "I don't get it," she whispered.

"I'm allergic to nuts. I bet those have nuts in them, I'll pretend to eat one & go into anaphylactic shock." She told her, "you start banging on the door and when they look at the feed they'll see me having a reaction. At that point you try to get out." She explained.

Laurel still didn't like the idea of not leaving together. "It's risky. We don't know if only one will come in or if someone will guard the door, while the other helps you."

"I know, but we're out of options. They took my watch, there's no way Oliver will find us."

"Are you sure you won't reconsider trying to get out too?"

"No. There is only one way this works, if it works." Standing up she walked to the table and grabbed one of the bars. With her back to the camera she unwrapped it & tore off a piece.

"Laurel, if you get out go straight to Verdant. There's a side door in the alley, the code is the day Oliver went missing." Felicity told her, hoping Oliver wouldn't be too mad at her giving Laurel the location.

"Okay, I'll be back for you. I'll make sure that Oliver and the police come straight away."

Felicity gave her a small smile and sat back down. She waited a moment before pretending to take another bite. She waited a moment before dropping the sports bar and reaching a hand to her throat. She knew she had to sell this, so she drop to her knees, & took short quick breaths hoping it would make her face redden a bit.

Laurel wasted no time taking her cue. She ran to Felicity, pretending to check on her and ran to the door banging on it.

"Help," she screamed. "She's having an allergic reaction to something, she's barely breathing." She continued to bang on the door until she heard key jingling from the other side.

A large masked man walked in, making her move backwards. "What's going on?"

"Felicity… She was eating something and all of the sudden she had trouble breathing," she stammered. "There's something wrong with her, help her."

The man looked from Laurel to Felicity on the ground, who was taking short shallow breaths. He must have figured Laurel wasn't a threat because he crouched down next to Felicity right before Laurel took the chair and hit him over the head with it.

She didn't bother to look back at him or Felicity, she just ran. They were in some sort of warehouse, there were several medicals beds set up in a circle. They seemed to be attached to another bed in the middle, they were all empty. She heard footsteps behind her and she ran faster. She could see light through a second floor window, most of the warehouses in Starling were built the same way. If she were right there would be a door right under it. She wondered why there were no guards. Slade must have thought that two simple women wouldn't be much trouble.

As she got closer she saw that door, this was her way out. Just as she was about to open it she was yanked back by her hair. She crashed into some shelving on the wall, glass falling over her and shattering on the floor around her.

"Nice try," the man said as he approached. "Slade isn't going to be to happy with you and your friend.

Laurel felt around for something to protect herself with but there was only glass. Grabbing the largest piece she could find, she stood up and waited for him to get closer.

"Come quietly and maybe I'll suggest killing you quickly." He said reaching for her arm.

Once he pulled her close enough to him, turning them around intent on dragging her back, she plunged the glad through his eye. Yelling in pain he let go of her to pull the glass out and she ran.

Once she made it out she kept running, she had no idea where she was but she ran through alleys trying to find a main road. After what felt like ages she finally came to an area she was quite familiar with, it was where CNRI fell. Knowing she was near Verdant she forced herself to keep going, staying close to walls and taking alleyways when possible. It was risky this wasn't a safe area. But she had no handbag and she was sure there was blood on her face and clothing, she should be left alone.

Oliver was losing his mind. They had gone through traffic cams, they ran Felicity's facial reconstruction software on Slade, tried tracking Slade with the information from her e-mail and nothing.

It didn't help matters that Sara was just as anxious. She was worried about Slade being alive and terrified that he had her sister. He knew she and Laurel were not on good terms and she was scared of losing her.

"Ollie, I think we need to get out there and start combing the city for him. We can't do nothing." She said for the fifth time annoyed.

"Where would we start, Sara? Starling isn't a small place they could be anywhere. I can't take the chance of being on the other side of town if Digg gets a hit on them."

"Fine. Then you stay and tinker with the damn computers but I'm going out. I'm going to spend my time looking for my sister and Felicity." She yelled, grabbing her bo-staff."

"I need you here. If we get a hit, I need you and Diggle to be my back-up."

Sara turned to him, bo-staff in hand. "I'm no ones back-up, Ollie, and I don't take orders from you. He has my sister."

"I know who he has and I want to find both of them just as much, but we can't let our emotions control us right now." He said, frustrated with her.

"I'm so tired of you telling me how to act," Sara retorted.

"Both of you shut up," Diggle yelled, interrupting them. "We have a breach, someone's just accessed the main door," he said a little quieter pulling out his gun.

Oliver grabbed his bow and followed Diggle and Sara to the landing of the stairs, they heard someone come down them slowly. Something wasn't right about this.

Nocking his arrow, he raised his bow waiting for the intruder.

Laurel finally made it Verdant, she was exhausted and her chest burned from running. When she found the door her hands were shaking so bad she put in the code wrong a couple of times. It was on her third try that the little light turn green and she was able to get in. She groaned when she saw the stairs, there was blood and sweat dripping into her eyes and she felt so tired. She must have cut herself worse than she thought when she crashed into the cabinet.

Holding onto the railing for support, she gingerly made her way down the steps. She knew she should move faster, she wanted to move faster but she was so dizzy. She prayed someone was here they needed to get Felicity and fast. She didn't know what Slade would do.

She took a deep breath when she made it to the first landing and continued down. She kept her head down counting her steps in hopes of not fainting. It was when she heard a gasp and her sister's voice. "Laurel?"

There standing in front of her were Sara, Oliver, and . Everyone had a weapon, everyone looked confused.

"We need to get Felicity," she began, "she in a warehouse. Glades on Lincoln Street near CNRI." She told them swaying a bit.

Sara ran to her sister and helped steady her. "Laurel, you're hurt let me help you."

"No! Felicity, please go get…" she slumped over in Sara's arms. Oliver picked her up and set her on the med table.

"Diggle, can you patch up Laurel and meet us there. There are several warehouses on Lincoln near CNRI. As soon as she's up try and get more information on the location."

"No. I want to stay with her, let Diggle go with you."

"Sara, he's asking me to stay because I have more med experience. Laurel will be fine."

"But…" Sara started to say.

"I'll take care of your sister then I'll meet you at the warehouse. We're getting back Felicity today. I don't want her an extra second with that psycho. You better call me if you find the place before I finish here, don't go in without me." He told Oliver.

"Digg, if I find her…"

"No, Oliver. If you find her you let me know, you got that. Three are better than two and we don't know what we're up against. If you find her first do recon and I'll be there."

"Fine." Oliver agreed walking out with Sara on his heels.

I'm so sorry about the long wait, guys. I know it's been forever. I don't really have an excuse, this summer we lost someone in our family and I haven't felt like writing. It wasn't until recently that I got my inspiration back. I should be back on track now. For those of you reading COH, I'm working on it and really trying to have it up for next week. I'm sorry this chapter is so short; I wanted to get it up for you. Thanks for sticking around.
