School's finished. So, that excuse I've been using for being lazy is gone. Unfortunately, this is going to be the last chapter, but I added in a little extra the end ;)

It's been fun writing this story, and I'm told it was funny, (although I have doubts). Thanks to all those who read, reviewed, followed, and favorite this story while putting up with my crazy update times and senseless grammar mistakes. Couldn't have done it without you. Seriously.

July 10, 3:35 P.M, Mount Justice

"I can't believe it." gasped M'gann in shock.

The entire team, including a buttered up Artemis and Wally, stood at the entrance to the cave, staring at the mess they had given birth to. The entire Cave, with everything in it, covered head to toe in butter. The amount of yellow dripping all over the place was enough to make anyone color blind, but the smell was even stronger. In fact, it was so strong that a certain Superman clone had decided to walk several yards back, so that the overwhelming scent of butter wouldn't do any permanent damage to his nose. Sometimes having super powers kind of sucked.

"We're dead." stated Barbara matter-of-factly.

"Yup." agreed Zatanna

"Well, I'll just fetch the bottle and can start another round as we wait for death." said Wally, running to the bottle. Of course, thanks to gravity and friction, he slipped and skidded through the butter, past the bottle, and straight into the back of a couch.

"Ouch." he croaked, his clothes, most of his hair, and parts of face covered in butter.

His teammates almost started laughing, but the seriousness of the situation was beginning to dawn on them. They had covered the entire cave in butter.

And it was only a matter of time between now and when the next mentor arrived. They need to get cracking on this mess, now.

"NO BOTTLE! NO GAME!" roared Conner, pushing past his teammates and running into the cave to the bottle, somehow defying friction by not slipping even once. Reaching the bottle, he roared once more, before stepping down on it, as well as creating a small crater in the middle of the living room. Somehow, the bottle moved out of the way, and Conner missed. So he smashed down again. And missed again. This time, the force of the his stomp sent the bottle flying and then rolling towards Kaldur's feet. Kaldur picked it up, and decided against smashing it.

It would be a bad example he mused to himself, eying the

"Great. How are we supposed to fix that?" asked Roy, gesturing to the damaged floor.

"We'll figure it out, but we need to get rid of the butter!" answered Zatanna

"Can't you use some magic?" asked Robin

"Well, I kind of used up most of my energy a while ago when..." trailed off Zatanna, looking wearily at Barbara

"When you found out I was in the room." finished the redheaded female.

"Yeah." replied Zatanna, sheepishly

"We must focus on the task at hand my friends. First, we clean up this mess." guided Kaldur.

When Batman arrived the cave, the first thing he noticed was the very distinct odor of butter. But aside from that, one would think everything was normal. Wally and Robin were playing video games, arguing about who was beating who. Zatanna was meditating in a corner. Conner and M'gann were lying against Wolf. Kaldur was in another corner writing on a piece of paper and stuffing it into a bottle of sorts. Batgirl, Artemis, and Roy were having an intense conversation about god only knows what.

But he knew better. The paintbrush, with a mysterious yellow liquid dripping from it's end, that had been hurriedly put underneath the couch. The disheveled appearance of Kaldur, who was never disheveled.

The teens looked to him with feigned nonchalance. And, he noticed, guilt.

"Hi Bats." chirped Robin, happily.

So, you think you can pull one over me, do you?

"Is there something urgent that requires our attention?" asked Kaldur

And they said you were always innocent. I knew there was something sinister about you.

"No. But something does require the attention of Batgirl and Robin, who I need now." barked Batman in his normal monotone.

Robin kept his cheery smile, although he knew now that the gig was up. If there was really any crisis in Gotham, or anywhere else, Batman would have radioed them. Coming to the cave, personally, meant he knew. That, or he found out about his plot to spray paint the Bat-Mobile pink.

He desperately hoped it was the latter, but he knew better that to assume it was.

When Batman turned around, Roy made a gesture towards Robin where he slit his hand across his throat, which, in guy talk, essentially meant: Ur dun for bro.

"And Roy, the next time you think it humorous to reveal the identity of a fellow hero, I'm sure you'll think back to this day."

Roy froze, and everyone else cringed. He knew!

At that moment, right before the Bat-clan took off, the zeta-tubes announced the arrival of Black Canary and Green Arrow.

"ROY!" yelled Dinah

Robin smirked at his doomed friend, mimicking the slit-neck gesture before disappearing into the Zeta-Tube, to his own doom.

...

Kaldur walked along a cliff overseeing the waves below. Glancing at the bottle in his hands, now occupied with a letter of grave importance, he closed his eyes, and threw it into the ocean.

Two Years Later

A wave washed delivered the bottle onto an oh so familiar shore. Within seconds, it was scooped up by a black haired 13 year old boy, his piercing green eyes staring at the bottle. Inside was a letter. Uncorking the bottle, he nearly ripped the letter as he tore it out of the bottle. Patience wasn't his strong suit.

From: An Experience Soul

To: Whom it May Concern

I have sent this bottle to warn you about a grave evil. A horrid game, created by a person who must've had the most depraved mind on the planet. Unfortunately, this bottle is cursed, and I believe that, should I not deposit it into the ocean, it will cause my friends and I to succumb to it's evil once more. An evil most cruel. A game most horrible. Truth or Dare.

Forty-Five Minutes Later

"Come on! You call that a kiss! You can do better than that Donna!" whined the previous mentioned 13 year old to a raven haired beauty.

"It was a peck on the cheek Jason. You didn't specify." replied the 16 year old, with more than a little sass.

"My turn!" exclaimed a girl with cropped black hair as she reached for the sandy bottle.

"Calm down Wendy!" exclaimed a tall muscular African American male.

"Don't be such a stick in the mud Mal." teased the grinning African American girl besides him.

"You tell him Karen!" grinned Jason

"Hah! It landed in you Jason! Truth or Dare?" exclaimed Wendy

"Dare! I'm always ready for anything, as you know, babe." replied Jason, winking suggestively at Donna.

...

"You what?" asked Roy, incredulously.

"I may have not...destroyed...the bottle per say." muttered Kaldur, sheepishly.

"I can't believe it." muttered Connor, leaning against the wall with M'gann wrapping her arms around his frame.

"I can." giggled Zatanna, while cuddling against Dick on one of the stools.

"Well, it's only a matter of time before things start to blow up. Who want's to place bets?" asked Dick

"Twenty bucks says something explodes in an hour." offered Roy

"What about you Wally?" asked Dick, smirk evident as he turned to his friend, who was currently in another one of his face-to-face sessions with Artemis in a dark corner of the room.

"Artemis? Hey, can you hear me?" teased Barbara as she entered the kitchen.

She got a wild hand gesture shooing him away and a groan in response.

"I think he'll be occupied for quite a while." stated Conner, with identifiable humor in his voice.

"No doubt." agreed Kaldur

"You want me to what?!" groaned Jason in the background.

"You said you were up for anything."

Another audible groan could be heard, to the amusement of the senior teammates in the kitchen.

Life was good.
