Prologue

Sawada Tsunayoshi had never been alone.

Never.

A pencil tapped lightly against a desk, a rhythm picking up and smoothing itself out into solid, even beats.

Teh.

Teh teh.

Teh.

Teh teh.

"Sawada-san, will you please stop with the tapping?" the teacher's voice reprimanded him quietly - but forcefully - a drop of annoyance souring her tone.

A boy, the culprit, bowed his head slightly. His wave of fluffy brown hair moved with him. "I apologize, Iwasaki-sensei."

"Get back to work on your math test."

"I don't understand question four." he whispered to himself, his voice so quiet it was barely audible.

Fourteen multiplied by six. Do you know what four multiplied by six is, Tsunayoshi?

The boy hesitated before speaking, his voice low to avoid detection from the strict Iwasaki-sensei. "...twenty-four?"

Good, Tsunayoshi. Do you remember what to do next?

His nose scrunched up in furious concentration. "C-Carry the two?"

Correct. Now what is the final answer?

After a moment of scribbling, he wrote a number on his paper, circling it largely. "Eighty-four."

See? You didn't need my help. Good work, Tsunayoshi.

Pleased with his work, the third-grader started on question five.

Sawada Tsunayoshi had never been alone.

Never.

And he never would be.

So this is an AU that confusedwithacock thought of and then I kind of took control of it and yeah it's been ruining my life. It's not going to be my main focus - my main focus is The Ultimate Sophistication, but I can't wait to keep writing for this.

Question:

Have any of you seen the Kagerou Project anime - Mekakucity Actors - because oh my god i think I am going to marry Kano and Shintaro aT THE SAME TIME
