Molly McNamara had never been a really religious person. She had had her doubts about a "higher power," but had still gone to church whenever it occurred to her to go. But now, now she had to believe.

How else could she explain the feeling of complete peace that washed over her? And the strange man who came to visit her sometimes. He spoke of a man she had known on Earth, one who helped her find peace.

She searched her memory, fighting hard against the blurriness from her time as a living person. Finally, she remembered a name.

Sam. He had...helped her? He was a nice guy. And his...brother? What was his name?

Oh. Dean.

With that name, her memories came rushing back. The crash, the years of coming back on that same night, being tortured by Greely. Seeing David with his new wife. That had hurt. So had the boys' speech about hurting David. Scarring him for life by wanting to say goodbye.

She looked at the man in the trench coat and smiled. "Hello, Cas. It's good to see you again."

The angel smiled back. "How are you today, Molly?"

"I'm...okay. It gets easier to remember every time you visit. I think I'm finally letting go."

The angel tilted his head and said, "That is good. That is, after all, the point of Heaven. To be happy and at peace."

Molly looked around her. It seemed her Heaven was her home with David. It was a modest house. A single floor, wrap-around porch. The garden out back hadn't been part of their home, but she supposed that a little bit of exaggeration was okay.

The sunset in the distance caught her eye. She looked back over at Cas and said softly, "It's almost time for you to go. Will you say hello to them for me?"

The angel nodded his head gravely. "I will. I'm sure they would say hello, as well."

The woman leaned forward and kissed the angel's cheek. "And tell Dean you love him. You both are too stubborn for your own good!"

Castiel blushed. "I will try."

Laughing, Molly leaned back in her seat. As the last of the sun's rays fell below the horizon, Cas disappeared. Her memories faded back to the blissful oblivion. She heard a car door in the front of the house. She smiled and stood to greet her husband.

Dean looked up as Cas reappeared in the motel room. "Hey, you're back. That didn't take long. Did you find out anything useful up there?"

Cas smirked. "Molly says hello."

Dean choked. "Molly? You went to see Molly? She made it to Heaven?" He smiled and shook his head. "Well, I'm glad. She seemed really nice."

Cas moved closer. "She also said that I needed to admit to my love for you."

Dean's eyes widened and he stared at Cas. The angel took the chance to lean forward and press his lips to Dean's.

After a moment, he leaned back. "Yes, I believe she was right."

Dean blushed and coughed. "Well, she gives good advice. Now get back here." He placed a hand behind his angel's head and pulled him closer.

Later, Sam and Gabriel shared a knowing glance at the sounds coming from the neighboring room. Gabriel grinned wickedly. "Let's have a competition, shall we?"

Sam laughed as the archangel pounced on him.

Later that day, they were all evicted from the motel for excessive volume. None of them were very sorry.
