Hello everyone!

Here is another chapter for Star Wars The Clone Wars: Heroes on Both Sides!

Like I said before, I'm going to try to make up for lost time for this story. That's my fault on my part. I almost lost motivation for this story, but I got it back. It's at a slow pace, but I'm still working on it and figuring out what I need to write.

I do not own any of the Star Wars the Clone Wars and Marvel characters! I only own Keira Castle!

Chapter 8: War Rages On

As the battle rages on in the outer rim of the planet, the Resolute was taking upon heavy fire from the Separatists warships and droid fighters. The main Helicarrier was also taking heavy fire as well and receiving heavy damage as well. Hiccup and his co-pilot were being chased by Vulture droids along with Agent 13 and Nebula who is Gamora's sister. Nebula dodged right as she is being chased by Vulture droids as well.

"They just won't give up, won't they?" Agent 13 nodded as she was shooting down the droids that were chasing Hiccup. As the Vulture droid exploded, a bunch tiny droids started to head towards her ship.

"We have to make sure those ships get to the Helicarrier!" Nebula said to Agent 13. "The wounded are our top priority." Nebula shot down a Vulture droid that was chasing a starship fighter and did a hard-right turn to avoid flying debris.

"Shit, what are those!?" Hiccup heard the chatter on his radio and glanced behind him. His eyes widened in horror.

"Buzz droids!" Hiccup exclaimed and heard Nebula yelled through the comms.

"Brace yourselves!"

Aboard the Resolute, Admiral Yularen was watching the battle on the bridge and made a tough decision.

"We need go back and pick up our reinforcements. We got to get out of here!" The clone officers were pressing buttons and giving out commands to other officers. Behind the wall of the bridge, one of the clone officers had just contacted General Kenobi and Skywalker.

"We're under attack by Separatists warship, but I'll try to make contact with Jedi Temple for you." The hologram of General Kenobi, Skywalker and Tano nodded. "Stand by!"

Back on the ground, Anakin, Obi-wan and Ahsoka were waiting for the connection to the Jedi Temple so they can talk to Master Yoda about recent events. Anakin heard footsteps coming towards them and turned around and saw Wanda and a young agent walking with her. Obi-wan looked to the side and saw a man wearing a red, white and blue uniform with a star in the middle of his chest and a mask that at the letter A on the forehead of the mask. Along with him was a green skin woman, long dark hair what faded into dark pink highlights and has brown eyes. She was wearing a black outfit that hugged her body in the right places. Her halter black top was decorated with some silver plated around her neck; the middle was see through and could see some of her cleavage even on her sides and the rest of was black leather. She was wearing black leather pants and belts that criss cross on each leg and her black boots go above her knees. She is also wearing black leather arm guards that go over her thumbs on her arms.

'This should be interesting.' Obi-wan thought to himself and looked over at Ahsoka who looked behind her and saw a woman with long red hair, she has blue eyes, she was wearing a black cat suit and on her belt was a red hourglass as the belt buckle, her belt has different compartments for storing gun magazines and different gadgets she has, she was also wearing black gauntlets on her wrists, she has two thigh belts on her thighs that holster two of her guns and wearing black boots that go up to her shins.

The man walking next to her was wearing some kind of armor that she didn't recognize as all. The colors were black, green and gold with different layer of leather. He was also wearing black arm guards as well and has on black boots that just below his knees. His black hair was slicked back and went down below his ears and has green eyes.

As the remaining Avengers were out and about, this was all that they had left besides Quicksilver and Star-Lord. They all stood around the hologram table and waited for the transmission to be connected. Everyone glanced at each other in the awkward silence not knowing what to say to each other. Obi-wan could sense the nervousness in everyone including his former padawan. Once they heard the connection finally connected, a hologram of Master Yoda appeared in the middle of the table.

"Master Kenobi, glad Ahsoka has found you I am." Obi-wan nodded,

"Master Yoda we are trapped here and vastly outnumbered. We are in no position to go anywhere or do anything. Our support ships have all been destroyed." Anakin nodded and looked at everyone else then back at Master Yoda.

"Send reinforcements to you we will – there- future-" The transmission was being cut short. The connection was bad as they thought it would be.

"Master Yoda, Master Yoda!" Obi-wan yelled and Harry started pressing buttons to keep the connection of the transmission.

"JARVIS save that transmission!" Harry ordered.

"I am trying sir, but the transmission is already lost." Harry slammed his fists on the table.

"Damnit!"

Above the planet, the Resolute was in full retreat and the clone officer was able to get a short message to the generals.

"We lost the transmission sir." The doors opened and saw another clone officer approach him with a trooper next to him as well.

"We have to leave orbit immediately. More enemy ships have just arrived." He nodded and looked back at the generals on the transmission. "We'll get back as soon as we can." The transmission was then cut off and the clone officer looked back at the others. "Call back our pilots. Tell them were to head back to the ship." The other clone officer nodded and head towards the other side of the bridge. He sighed, shook his head and closed his eyes. "God, help us all."
