~~~ Morning ~~~
Mego woke with the sunrise, stretching herself out and feeling better than she had in a few days. She looked over at the door and found Fuma still there leaning casually against the wall as usual. She smiled and sat up before starting to hum another song. She knew a guard will be heading in soon with 'breakfast'.
Fuma's presence made her feel more at ease then she'd been the whole time she'd been a prisoner. He didn't watch her with hungry eyes, nor did his presence or aura feel sinister. She felt a little more confident and less defenceless with him around and that was a welcome relief from the past few days.
As Mego got lost in her thoughts wondering why a ninja like Fuma would be wasting his talents with a group like this the footsteps of the soldier bringing breakfast could be heard coming from the stairwell. Mego looked out the window and sighed. Another day she thought.
~~~ Masamune~~~

Masamune and Kojuro waited under the cover of trees at their designated location. It was agreed when Sasuke gave the signal (a bird call) they would launch their attack.

They'd received word in the night from Ieyasu. He'd assured them he would be there no matter what. They just had to trust that he would come just in time to make their plans come to fruition. They'd know when he arrived. Tadakatsu was easy to spot in the sky, or by the fleeing soldiers.

Masamune grabbed the hilt of his sword, his hands itching to unleash his fury. But he couldn't do that until after they had gotten Mego to safety. He furrowed his brow in frustration. Saving her was his priority, but he wanted to punish those who would take her and lock her up. But they couldn't risk Matsunaga running off with her.

Masamune sighed and took his hand off the hit letting it fall naturally beside him. He wanted to know she was safe first. Once she was safe no one would be safe from the One Eyed Dragon's fury.

They waited as the sun came up more until finally it was high in the sky and the familiar sound of a song bird's call fluttered through the air.

"Here we go" Masamune proclaimed, charging towards their assigned gate with Kojuro by his side with no hesitation. A cheeky wolf ran beside him eager to also tear some limbs once she was reunited with her best friend.

~ Aki & Yukimura ~

Aki and Yukimura hid behind the trees before their assigned gate waiting for the signal. They stood next to each other with arms touching. Both were silent but their concern and anticipation was shared between each other.

Aki turned to Yukimura and gave him a smile, grasping his hand with hers giving him a reassuring squeeze. Recognising Aki was indeed looking for reassurance in return he a gave her a smile back and squeezed her hand. They continued to gaze into each other's eyes until the sound of a bird call broke them apart.

"Let's do this" Aki proclaimed as they immediately charged the gate. Yukimura smashed it down with one power packed kick driving the giant gate down. They ran through into the soldiers sleeping quarters located just after the gate. Soldiers were half dressed, practising swordplay, eating breakfast and were not expecting anyone to come barging through the gate.

The sudden attack left them confused and scrounging around for weapons and armour.

Aki and Yukimura made short work of their enemies knocking them out or striking them down whilst they were still in a daze. They worked together keeping near each other's backs to cover any blind spots. Yukimura and Aki had been training together more recently forming more combined attacks and strategies. They were both bursting with confidence knowing their training would pay off here.

"Flame wheel" shouted Yukimura unleashing his fiery attack.

"Wheel of flame" shouted Aki as she released her attack in unison with Yukimura.

Fire engulfed the area as enemies all around them dropped to the ground or ran way nursing a burn.

Aki looked over her shoulder back at her husband who had also turned his head to look at her. They both smiled at each other before continuing, aura blazing brilliantly. They rushed through the ranks making a stand further into the castle grounds but not too close to the castle to keep the enemies distracted and away from the castle so Masamune and Kojuro could sneak in undetected.

Together Yukimura and Aki pushed back the enemy and held their ground. Both fighting passionately because their dear friend was on the line. Be safeAki thought as she looked up at the tower where Mego was being held.

~Motochika & Nana ~

Motochika and Nana waited patiently. By patiently, Nana stood pouting wondering when they would be given the signal whilst Motochika assessed the castle grounds and went through the plan in his head again. He might be fiery by nature but he sure wasn't one to go into a fight blindly where he could help it.

Satisfied with his assessment he decided to kill some time learning more about Nana whilst waiting for the signal.

"Can you even use that thing?" He asked Nana, teasing her. She narrowed her eyes at him.

"Would you like to find out?" She said, taunting him adjusting her spear in her hand to show assertiveness.

Oh, she is good thought Motochika, Nana clearly appealing to him in a good way.

"Wouldn't I ever." He said huskily whilst advancing towards her, anchor casually over his shoulder and hand in pocket, the usual Motochika stance.

As he stalked towards her, Nana froze, locked in his devilish gaze that hid nothing. His eyes burned with a lust and passion. This girl made him wild with just her nonchalant posture. Closing the distance, Motochika came right up to Nana who didn't back down nor avert her gaze from his. She wasn't going to let this cocky man think he was above her. Once he was in front of her he put down his anchor, careful to not make a sound, and smiled at her with his cheeky pirate grin.

"So." he said, his voice low and deep, eyes unwavering. His voice made Nana feel a tingle all up her spine. It was filled with the invitation of a challenge and so much more.

"You going to show me?" he asked, leaning in closer to her face. Nana's face immediately became tomato red but she refused to avert her gaze. She wasn't afraid of showing her face to him. She drew up her spear placing it between her and Motochika. Her face, whilst red remaining serious and straight. Motochika let out a little chuckle.

"Missy, when this is over you I may just have to kidnap you and take you to my ship." Motochika said, cupping her chin in his hand whilst staring deeply into her eyes.

"You'll have to catch me first." she said not leaving his gaze. He chuckled and leant his face in closer to hers yet again. Now Nana was nervous as her heart began to beat fast. And just as he was getting way too close, the sound of a bird call broke the building tension between them. Motochika immediately turned and looked back towards the castle.

"That was the call." He stated, moving towards the castle, completely unfazed by the immediate change in mood. Nana stood there for a moment gripping her heart hoping it would slow down and she could focus on the task at hand. Motochika turned back and saw that Nana hadn't followed him. He stopped and turned towards her.

"C'mon girly, we have a dragon's treasure to save." He said. Nana waved him away and followed after him. She just needed to breathe to stop the overwhelming emotions she was feeling.

They both ran up towards the gate and attacked with full force destroying the gate completely and making a loud explosive sound. If anyone was asleep, they would no longer be.

Upon entering Motochika started swinging his anchor around causing nearby buildings to catch flame and crumble as their structures were destroyed. Nana made quick work of the soldiers, dancing on her feet as she spun her spear around as if it were a baton.

As they fought, Nana and Motochika slowly got further apart before suddenly they found themselves surrounded by soldiers in separate circles. Nana looked around and saw there was nowhere for her to run. She dug her feet into the ground further, preparing herself whilst trying to calculate where attacks would come from.

As she looked around a whoosh of fire suddenly burst in front of her as Motochika came swinging on his anchor taking out all the soldiers surrounding her.

"Do I get a reward for every time I save you?" Motochika teased, flashing a grin.

"Only if I get one for every time I save your scurvy hide." She teased back as she struck a soldier behind Motochika who was about to strike him.

Motochika laughed heartily as they stood back to back preparing for the oncoming enemies. Both smiled as the adrenalin rushed through their veins in the heat of battle.

~Keiji ~

Keiji waited silently in the woods waiting for the signal. Yumekichi sat on his shoulder waiting in anticipation. Suddenly the bird call rang through the forest and Keiji knew it was time to go. He took Yumekichi from his shoulder and placed him on a branch of a tree.

"It's too dangerous for you to come. Will you stay here and wait for my return?" Keiji asked smiling at his animal companion.

Yumekichi agreed and Keiji set off towards the gate. A loud explosion could be heard and Keiji knew that meant Motochika had probably broken his gate to pieces. He shook his head but smiled expecting none the less.

Keiji had decided to take a less aggressive tactic and climbed over the gate.

As he got to the watchtower he jumped inside and greeted the guards.

"Hi there, how are you?" he said waving to them casually.

The guards immediately drew their swords and charged for him. Keiji retaliated by blocking with his sheathed sword and quickly knocked out the guards. He looked down at the confusion and made note of where all the soldiers were coming from. Time for a full-frontal attack he thought.

~ Sakki ~

It had been five minutes since the siege started and everyone was still in a state of panic. The generals of Matsunaga's army had been woken, including Sakki and they were all gathering to discuss a plan of attack against the intruders. Sakki was thrilled. He was itching to kill something after the earlier embarrassment. If he couldn't have that kind of pleasure he needed another kind. He needed something to take his anger out on and a perfect opportunity had just presented itself.

"There are three battle fronts currently." One of the generals stated.

"It is believed Sanada Yukimura, Chosokabe Motochika and Maeda Keiji are leading the attacks but it is likely that Date Masamune and his retainer Kojuro are somewhere as well."

Upon hearing Masamune's name, Sakki became intrigued. There was no doubt in his mind what they were here for. Mego.

"They are here for the little dove then" he sneered, his eyes bright red with bloodlust. The other generals squirmed a little, uncomfortable with the fierce demonic aura coming from Sakki but alas, nodded in conclusion.

So the Dragon comes baring fangs to reclaim his maiden treasure? He thought, licking his lips. Perhaps I shall play with him a little before I kill him. Yes… And then serve his head to the little dove for dinner. He cackled to himself under his breath. His mind working overtime as it was consumed by sinister thoughts.

"We will divide into four squads. Three will go and reinforce the fronts, the fourth will be required to take on Masamune if he shows his face on the battlefield. Are we all clear?" The generals all nodded as each was given a squad to captain, Sakki included.

~ Yukimura & Aki ~

The generals made their way to their assigned areas with reinforcements. Most headed towards Yukimura and Aki as they were attacking next to the weapons catchment which was crippling their resources. They needed to take that area back.

The sign of reinforcements advancing wasn't pleasant to Yukimura or Aki. They were currently being able to keep the soldiers at bay but the reinforcements were not a good sign. Yukimura exchanged a concerned glance with Aki who nodded to him understanding his unspoken words and prepared herself.

The situation began to look grim as the reinforcements pushed Aki and Yukimura back further and further to the gate where they had started. Suddenly, the army made a push and broke through their defence encircling them. Aki looked at Yukimura with worry. They were not in a good position and it was likely they'd have to retreat with one or both receiving injuries in the process. Aki bit her lip in frustration. She didn't want to die here nor see her beloved die but it was becoming grim.

Sakki snickered as he saw their struggle, relishing in their fear. He could yet present even more heads to the little dove for dinner! He cackled again embracing his evil will.

Aki and Yukimura were back to back now, trying to figure out a plan to escape by fighting their way through. Suddenly the sound of jets could be heard in the air as a familiar large samurai could be seen in the sky. Before anyone could react Tadakatsu landed on the ground causing a tremor knocking the soldiers off their guard. Aki and Yukimura smiled up at their friend greeting his companion with a friendly wave as they both jumped up to avoid being caught in the tremor of Tadakatsu's landing.

Ieyasu beamed back before jumping down to greet them.

"Sorry we are late." He said bowing his head. Aki and Yukimura waved him off.

"We are appreciative of the help." Aki beamed a look of solemn gratitude in her eyes. Together the four of them fought back the enemies winning the advantage over until they had a solid ground to fight on again.

"Tadakatsu, stay here and help out Yukimura and Lady Aki. I will find Motochika and Lady Nana and back them up." Ieyasu proclaimed as he assessed the situation to be under control. With that, he left. Yukimura and Aki faced their enemies with a renewed confidence. With Tadakatsu by their side, numbers meant nothing.

Sakki scowled at the stroke of luck. He was hoping to see them die. Cutting his losses, he decided it best he hunted down his desired prey, Masamune.

~ Mego ~

The commotion outside was too loud to ignore. But what made Mego's hair stand on edge was the loud explosion. Mego immediately ran towards the window causing her cage to swing. She couldn't believe it. She could hear the sounds of battle which meant one thing, her friends were here to rescue her. She suddenly felt full of happiness and hope.

Fuma was still in the room but had jumped onto the windowsill to observe what occurred. He knew he couldn't leave his assigned post, but that didn't stop him wanting to observe what was happening.

"Fuma, what is happening?" Mego asked, knowing she'd get no verbal answer but might get something from his body language. Alas, Fuma ignored her.

Footsteps then could be heard rushing up the stairs followed by the slamming open of the door. Fuma and Mego both turned towards the door to find Matsunaga and a handful of soldiers with him. He looked angry, probably not happy by being caught off guard but calmed down instantly when he saw Mego was in her cage still.

"My little dove is safe." He said sighing with relief.

"Fuma, do not leave here and do not let anyone but me in. I'll be back for her shortly." He said and then stormed back down the stairs leaving the door wide open.

Fuma went and closed the door before returning to his post beside the door, clear on following his master's orders.

But Mego wasn't going to sit around and wait for Matsunaga to come back. She observed the wall carefully noticing new cracks formed in the foundation thanks to the earlier blast that had sent stone and wood flying into the castle and tower.

I wonder. Mego thought as she came up with a plan to escape.

~ Masamune & Kojuro ~

Masamune and Kojuro had made it close to a side entrance of the castle. They'd planned to enter through this entrance and make their way up as the best chance of avoiding detection.

As they approached the entrance they were cut off by a vicious looking man with a small group of soldiers. Sakki.

His eyes were gleaming red and his face was swirled up into an evil snarl. It was almost like his face gave off a black aura of death.

It sent a shiver up Masamune's spine as he recalled a similar feeling when fighting the demon king.

Sakki was overcome with joy which he showed with a wicked smile. He'd found his prey.

"Date Masamune, or should I call you the One Eyed Dragon?" Sakki said, each word sounding sinister. Masamune furrowed his brow,

"That's right"he said, caution in his voice.

Sakki cackled. Finally, he could play with him ever so nicely. Finally, he could unleash his built-up frustration. Finally, he had a toy.

"So you've finally come to collect your treasure, have you?" He said menacingly.

Kojuro exchanged looks with Masamune. Both men had their hands on their swords ready for battle but both were aware that this was just wasting time and they had a mission. They had no time to play games.

"Oh that little dove really is just such a sweet little trinket." He said looking directly at Masamune.

Masamune didn't like the sound of those words at all nor the look on Sakki's face when he said it. It was malicious and he didn't like it.

Trinket? He must be talking about Mego… Masamune thought. It immediately made him angry. No one had the right to call her such a thing. A trinket? She was nothing of the sought.

Anger was now painted across his face which only enticed Sakki more.

"Oh yes. Even more so last night. She was so great in bed. You should have seen her squirm and moan…" He said trailing off his face mimicking the pleasure he was portraying in his lie.

Masamune couldn't contain his anger any longer. He didn't care who this bastard was he was going to fucking rip him to shreds. Masamune drew all six claws and prepared to charge. Kojuro went to stop him but he knew there was nothing to do. Bursting into a ball of electricity Masamune prepared to charge.

Suddenly the top of the castle made an eerie sound as it started to shake. Masamune stopped dead in his tracks. The only thought in his mind, Mego.

~ Mego ~

Mego began running furiously up and down the bird cage slamming it into the wall. She could feel it giving way but could also see it was getting loose at the connector on the top of the cage as well.

Shit. She thought. She needed the wall to break and the cage to disconnect at the same time. It looked like the wall would give way first though and she didn't have enough time. Why didn't she think this through more she thought as she cursed herself in her head.

Shrugging it off she continued her onslaught. Fuma stood there and did nothing to stop her. Why? Even Mego wasn't sure but if he didn't stop her first attempt she wasn't going to wait around for him to stop her later.

She continued her attempts. She was one hit away from the wall crumbling but the connector was still intact. Mego ran as hard as she could up and as she swung towards the wall the sound of a kunai whistled through the air before metal ground on metal and suddenly the cage detached from the roof and hit the castle wall breaking it apart.

Mego turned around mid-air to look back at Fuma who was just standing there. She didn't know why but she was grateful. She shot him a beaming smile and mouthed a thank you before descending to the ground

~ Masamune ~

The castle wall shook and shook again before finally, it crumbled. Wood and stone shrapnel went flying everywhere but Masamune wasn't worried about that. Behind that rubble emerged a cage? Within seconds he saw a familiar mop of blonde hair and his heart stopped. Everything stopped.

Mego turned and looked down and there her eyes met with Masamune's and her heart soared. Time seemed to slow down once their eyes had met. Mego then closed her eyes, took in a deep breath and then yelled at the top of her lungs.

"MASMUNE!"

Her cry could be heard throughout the entire castle gaining the attention of everyone.

The One Eyed Dragon smiled as he heard her yell his name with such passion. There was no time to deal with Sakki, he had his treasure to save. Without thought, he immediately launched himself with the build of electrical energy straight for her, claws drawn.

"MEGO!" he replied as he was propelled up to her. His blue aura bursting around him as he raised his claws ready to release her from her prison.

"Death Fang" he yelled as we sliced up the cage into small pieces.

He sheathed his swords and met with Mego's eyes before catching her bridal style. Tears were in her eyes and she quickly wrapped her arms around his neck and without a second thought embraced his lips in a passionate kiss.

As she pulled away from the kiss she looked deeply into his eyes.

"Don't ever let me go" she begged Masamune which made him tighten his grip and pull her closer.

"Never." He said pulling her head towards his and resting his forehead on hers. He was relieved.

Masamune landed on a rooftop and was quickly joined by Kojuro. The others were not far behind rendezvousing with the reunited couple.

Masamune looked over Mego carefully noticing bruises, some weight loss and signs of fatigue. Oh and some messy hair, but currently her hair was the last thing on his mind. He grimaced at her injuries and scowled.

"How could I let this happen?" He said looking at Mego gently and caressing her face. Mego shook her head in disagreement.

"This is not your fault. You're here now though and I am safe." She said nuzzling into his hand relief washing over her.

"Mego…" He said softly trying to convey his pain and an apology in one word. Mego let a few more tears run down her cheeks.

"I know." She said looking at him with only love.

Masamune stared back into her eyes getting lost in them before snapping back into reality with Kojuro's arrival.

'Mego are you alright?" Kojuro asked as he rushed to their side also looking over her once. Masamune let her down gently as she stood on her own. She swayed a little since she'd just been flung into the air but was still able to stand.

"I am fine Kojuro but thanks for your concern. Where are the others?" Mego asked. Kojuro nodded and point towards three directions.

"They should be rendezvousing with us soon we need to le…" Kojuro was cut off by a sadistic aura.

"Did you forget about me?" Sakki asked, tilting his head and licking his lips. He had suddenly appeared on the roof with the.

Masamune cursed under his breath as he grabbed Mego and pushed her into his chest defensively.

"You won't touch her again." He said drawing one of his claws whilst still holding Mego close to him with his other hand. It was the first time he had been so defensive and it took Mego by surprise. She looked back at Sakki however and knew he was up to something.

"Masamune, what did he tell you?" Mego said looking up at him in his arms. She felt warm so close to him but she also knew Sakki. He wanted Masamune to attack recklessly.

Masamune looked down at her, anger on his face.

"He said he…" Mego saw the anguish on his face and could connect the dots. She raised a finger to her lips getting his attention and shook her head.

"Do you think Matsunaga would really let him do that?" She asked looking at him seriously before smiling.

"That right is reserved for my husband, the one who has my heart." She said looking lovingly into his eyes.

Masamune's heart swelled and he held her closer.

"I swear I will make you happy." Masamune whispered to her giving her the same look of love before letting her go and facing Sakki. This time clear headed.

"Come on let's dance!" he shouted as he charged at Sakki who was waiting. The two exchanged strong blows, the sound of metal ringing through the air.

Kojuro made haste to move Mego down to the ground to a more secure location. As they took shelter under a building Keiji made his way through and found them.

"Mego!" He yelled before running to her and embracing her in a hug.

"Keiji," She said warmly smiling at him.

"Don't worry we will protect you." He said smiling before turning around and facing outward to take on any enemies who dared to come near them.

Masamune continued to exchange blows with Sakki, but Sakki was slipping up. He no longer had the edge with Masamune at the top of his game. Whilst he wasn't cool and totally collected, Masamune wasn't overcome by rage but rather conviction to stamp out this evil being from the world. They had no leverage so he was holding nothing back.

The fight continued for another minute before Masamune gave one strong swing sending Sakki's sword flying out of his hands. Sakki looked at Masamune fear suddenly gripping his face.

"Wait. Wait. I was only joking." He said as he began to cower.

Nothing like the Demon King Masamune noted annoyed by his sudden turn to cowardice.

"Please, I never touched your sweet little treasure I…" Masamune decapitated Sakki without hesitation, cutting off his sentence. He didn't want to hear him talk about Mego ever again.

Masamune sheathed his sword and headed back to where Mego was with Kojuro and Keiji.

"Let's get moving." He said, not comfortable having Mego out in the open like this when they hadn't seen Matsunaga yet.

Kojuro and Keiji agreed and they started to move towards Yukimura and Aki's location. Sasuke should have already seen that Mego was rescued and should be getting Motochika, Nana and Ieyasu to move back to Yukimura and Aki's gate which was their escape route.

As they were heading off, Masamune noticed Mego was slow on her feet. Without hesitation, he picked her up in his arms and kept running.

"What are you doing?" She yelled at him. Shocked by his sudden actions.

He smiled a toothy grin.

"Carrying you. You can't run in your state, can you?" He said. Mego just huffed and held around his neck. Refusing to look at him in the face. Masamune let out a chuckle. It was good to see she hadn't lost her sense of humour. Secretly Mego liked this method of travel enjoying the warmth of being in his arms once again.

~ Yukimura & Aki ~

With the help of Tadakatsu, Yukimura and Aki were able to push back the troops. Suddenly they heard a crashing as the castle tower crumbled. Aki gasped as she saw a giant cage emerge from the tower.

"Oh my god he did not!" She yelled her hand over her mouth in shock.

"Is that. Is that a bird cage?" Yukimura asked. Aki nodded.

Suddenly they heard Mego's vice yelling Masamune's name across the whole area. And then second later a brilliant light show of blue lightning cascaded across the sky as Masamune cut the cage open and rescued Mego.

"Now that's how you rescue a damsel in distress." Aki said giggling to herself. A wave of relief washing over her.

"Let's make sure the path is clear for them!" Aki yelled enthusiastically earning a war cry from Yukimura as they pushed the soldiers back even more. Both feeling even more fired up knowing Mego was finally safe. Both with a glowing smile on their faces.

~ minutes later ~

Nana, Motochika and Ieyasu met Yukimura, Aki and Tadakatsu at the gate. They were the first to arrive but only a minute later did Keiji, Kojuro, Masamune and Mego arrive. Seeing Mego in Masamune's arms made Aki worry immediately.

"Mego are you ok?" She asked running to her when Masamune was close enough. He let her down gently and she smiled at her friend.

"I'm ok Aki, just a bit weak from lack of food, water and sleep." As evident by her clearly tired looking face. Aki ran up to her friend and hugged her tightly.

"Oh Mego I am so glad you are safe. I was so worried I…" Tears began to fall down her face and Mego hugged her tightly.

"I was too. But I knew that you'd come." She said embracing with her friend. Yukimura grasped his chest feeling the burning sensation he got when he was emotional. Nana joined in and hugged the girls and cried tears of relief.

"I'm so lucky to have you all." Mego said as she hugged them closer.

They all smiled and the three girls as they acted for the first time like what you'd expect of a typical woman.

Once they'd calmed down they went to leave.

"Don't you dare take a step further. Return my treasure at ONCE!" Matsunaga yelled from afar. The remnants of his army in front of him preparing for a final all-out battle.

The united team turned towards their enemies full of confidence. They had Mego back and so there was nothing stopping them now.

"Bring it on!" yelled Motochika already burning to destroy this villain.

Whilst everyone charged in and attacked, Aki and Nana stayed back with Mego.

Mego sighed. "I wish I had my swords on a day like this." Aki laughed at her.

"Well they are broken for one, but isn't it nice to watch the men at work." She said giving Mego a wink. Nana laughed heartily.

"Gotta love those rippling muscles" she said pointing to Motochika using her thumb over her shoulder.

They all laughed.

It didn't take long for the remaining soldiers to be wiped out or to run away. With his army destroyed Matsunaga was left standing by himself in front of the remains of the castle.

As the men approached Matsunaga smiled mischievously as Fuma appeared by his side.

He was sure he would escape with Fuma by his side.

Mego knew this story all too well. And fury rose in her. If he was not defeated now she would just be taken again and again and again. She'd had enough.

"I am done!" She yelled.

Everyone stopped and looked at her. Mego bent down and ripped her Kimono making it easier for her legs to be able to move. Aki gasped in shock. She knew how much Mego loved that kimono.

Mego looked straight at Matsunaga as she stood up straight and walked down towards him. As she passed Masamune she stopped and turned to him. Looking directly in his eyes she walked up to him and without losing eye contact placed her hands on the hilt of his top two swords and drew them. As she did the blue aura of the dragon surrounded her. He eyes showed her conviction and Masamune just watched her in awe.

She turned to Matsunaga and walked towards him. As she walked, the dragon's aura and her own began to combine and grow. Suddenly lightening started rippling around her body and her left eye began to glow blue.

Matsunaga froze in fear as he saw Mego advance. But it wasn't just Mego, he could see this giant blue dragon walking behind her and a vision of Masamune.

But before he could get his wits about him Mego disappeared in a flash.

Matsunaga looked around, his eyes darting left and right, sweat beading on his brow.

She suddenly reappeared right in front of him. Her eyes filled with anger. Too late.

"Death is too good for you." She said her gaze freezing him there on the spot. And before Fuma could react she swing the swords back swirling them and building up electricity before stabbing Matsunaga in the shoulders.

As she stabbed him his entire body became engulfed in shock waves as the electricity shocked all his nerves causing severe pain and permanent nerve damage. Matsunaga began to froth the mouth before collapsing completely. His arms black from the shock.

Fuma stood there, just watching.

"Now you'll never touch anything ever again." Mego said standing tall looking down at Matsunaga who was still wiggling in pain. The nerve damage meant he'd never be able to move his hand again. He would be paralysed forever.

She then turned to leave walking back to her friends but first turned to Fuma.

"Your kindness will never be forgotten." She said bowing her head and continuing to return to her comrades.

Everyone stood in awe as they witnessed the spirit of the dragon flow so strongly through her. Masamune was both awed and filled with joy. That's my girl he thought.

As she made her way back to him she looked up at him, smiled and said

"It's finally over." Before losing consciousness and falling forward into his arms.
