(Also, sorry it took me so long to upload this chapter {I need to cut back on watching anime and Youtube videos and get back to working on my stories}.)

Lala's A/N Rito walks through the gate of his house rubbing the back of his neck, "Man, Mea's been harassing me more then usual." He says thinking back to the school day where Mea was hanging over him smiling and giggling about something.

The door to the house suddenly opens before Rito could reach it and Mikan and the Devilukean twins appear, "Oh Rito, you're home late." Mikan says seeing her brother.

"Yeah, I was helping Mikado-sensei and it took longer then we thought." He tells her, "Anyway, what are you three up to?"

"We're going shopping and Lala is inside watching a Magical Kyouko special with Celine." His sister informs him.

Nana then steps towards him, "You better not do anything to my sister while we're gone you got that you beast!" She says sternly pointing at him.

Rito rises his hands in the air, "I won't do anything I promise." He tells her.

Nana just walks past him followed by Mikan, "We'll be back soon Rito-san, please wait for me." Momo tells him with a small wink before joining the other two.

Rito just sighs then enters the house. He walks into the living room to find Lala on the couch with Celine sitting on her lap, "Hey, Lala I'm home." He tells her sitting on the chair.

"Welcome home Rito." She says without even turning his way.

About ten minutes or so later the credits roll, "Magical Kyouko wins again, huh?" He says leaning back on his chair.

Lala turns to him, "Yeah, Kyouko is super strong there is nothing that can stop her!" She exclaims full of energy.

Celine then stands up and jumps from Lala to Rito landing face down on his lap, "Mau!"

Rito lifts her up and sets her down properly, "So, how's your story coming along?" He asks turning back to Lala.

To his surprize Lala already has her laptop out and running, "You want to know?" She asks with a goofy grin.

Rito nods, "Of course."

Chapter 5

The next day Rito is running towards school, "I can't believe Lala left without me." He says running past in intersection and almost hits someone, "Whoe!? Sorry... Run-chan?"

"Oh, good morning, Rito-kun." She says stepping and posturing herself. "You running late too?" She asks.

"Yeah, Lala left earlier without me." He says rubbing the back of his head, "Hmm, where's Kyouko-chan?" He asks looking around.

"She had to leave early, you know for class rep stuff." She says with a smile, Actually, she called Lala-chan to meet her before school so I can get some time alone with Rito. she thinks to herself.

They walk and Rito tells her the events that transpired the day before, "...So now Zastin is working for my dad." He tells her as they enter the school.

"Classic Lala-chan, I'll give her that." She says just before they enter the classroom. Everyone is in, but a new desk is at the back of the room near the center.

Rito looks over at it, "I wonder why there's an extra desk." He says out loud.

"Good Morning, class." Honekawa says as he enters and the class sits. "Now, before we begin, I have an announcement." He says taking a breath, "It would seem that we have a new transfer student." He says then turns his head, "You may come in now." He says.

The door opens and a boy with white hair on his head and black hair on his neck walks in. He walks to the front and then scans the room with his hot pink eyes and locks them on his target, "Hello, my name is Ren Elsie Jewelria and I have come to make Lala Satan Deviluke my bride." He says with manly confidence.

Silence follows the boy's bold and upfront statement, then a text book hits him square in the face knocking him to the floor. He stands up quickly holding the book over his head with an angry expression on his face, "Alright, who threw that!?" He asks. His expression changes when the one who threw the book stands up.

"REN! HOW DARE YOU SHOW YOUR FACE TO ME AFTER WHAT YOU DID!" Run yells at the top of her voice while shaking her desk violently.

Ren takes a step back in both shock and fear, "R-Run? I... I didn't know you... You're not still mad about that, are you?" He asks frightful.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK!?" She yells throwing another book at him, but he dodges it barely.

Lala looks over to Run, "Run-chan?! When did you get here?" She asks causing everyone to fall to the floor.

Run stands up, "I was here before you and you just now noticed me, we even went to the aquarium together the other day with Kyouko, Rito-kun, and Mikan-san. Seriously!?" She says throwing her hands up in the air.

"Really?" Lala asks looking up with her index finger on her chin.

"La-Lala-chan?" Ren asks causing Lala to look at him.

"Yes, who are you?" She asks causing Ren to act like he was hit by an arrow.

Rito feels someone tap his shoulder, he turns to see Saruyama, as well as all the other boys in class glaring at him, "Rito... You bastard..." He snarls.

Rito leans away, "What?" He asks looking around.

"So, you're Yuuki Rito then?" Ren says pointing at him causing him to turn back, "I have a few things I'd like to discuss with you." He says as he walks towards Rito, he then slips on someone's school bag that is on the floor and flies towards Rito and...

...Smooch...

Rito and Ren look at each other in shock as their lips are locked together.

"Wait, wait, wait, wait, stop!" Rito interrupts Lala's story waving his hands, "What is this?" He asks.

"What is what?" Lala asks looking up at him.

"Why did you write me... and Ren... k-k-kissing?" He asks with red checks ether in embarrassment or anger, I had almost completely forgotten about that incident, thanks for reminding me.

"Why... well when I asked a friend for story ideas she suggested boys kissing." She answers him.

"And who's the one that told you that?" Rito asks glaring at her. I'm sure I know who it was. He thinks to himself.

"It was Risa." She tells him with a smile.

"I figured." He says with a sigh, "Okay, next time she gives you ideas, run them by me first, okay?" He tells her.

"Okay." Lala says then looks back to her laptop and continues reading.

The class is shocked by this, embrace, most of the girls are blushing, Run looks like she's about to murder Ren.

Rito and Ren jerk back spitting and/or choking, they then use a handkerchief to wipe their mouths.

Ren then turns and glares at Rito, "Yuuki Rito... I'm going to make you pay for this humiliation." He says grabbing Rito by his collar.

"Hey, hmm, Ren right?" He asks, "Can't we talk about this?" He asks as Ren lifts him off his seat.

"No, I'm going to beat you into the ground and then I'm going to take Lala-chan away from here." He says raising his free hand, forming it into a fist.

Run takes a step, but is stopped, "Hold it! Fighting is against school rules!" Yui says pointing at them.

Ren looks over his shoulder at her, "Yes, yes. You don't want to get suspended on your first day, considering that we're having a class trip this weekend." Honekawa tells them.

Ren then let's go of Rito, "Okay then." He says posturing himself, "For now, I'll just tell you about the intimate relationship Lala-chan and I once had." He says reaching into his shirt, "Look..." He pulls out a small picture frame, "... At this." He says handing it to Rito.

Lala comes over and looks at it with Rito, "Ah! This is me when I was little." She tells him.

Rito looks from the young Lala in the photo to the boy in the dress next to her, "This is you, why are you wearing a dress?" He asks looking from the photo to Ren.

Lala looks at Ren, "I remember you now, you're crybaby Ren-chan!" She exclaims.

Ren turns away closing his eyes, "Thank you for remembering me, Lala-chan." He says with a smile, "Yes, Lala-chan teased me and dressed me up as a girl, saying I looked good." He tells them.

Although that's not the real reason. Run thinks as she glares at him from her desk.

"She tested her inventions on me almost everyday, Lala-chan was really a naughty little angel." He says with a light laugh.

Little angel? Devil more like it! Run thinks looking away.

"Lala-chan had promised me that when I became manly enough one day, she will marry me." He says looking at her, who is mumbling something with Peke, "So, I trained hard and have become manly..." Ren then takes back his photo from Rito, "Now do you understand how deep our relationship is?" He asks. He then turns to Lala seeing that Rito is just looking at him, "Lala-chan, I'm not asking for an immediate answer. I want you to look at how manly I can be as a classmate." He tells her.

Run looks back at them then turns away again, "Hmmgh."

"And you'll eventually realize who is really suitable to be your husband!" He says.

"E-Erm... can I start the lecture now...?" Honekawa asks adjusting his glasses.

"Please, go ahead." Ren says walking to his seat.

Rito and lala sit as well as Honekawa begins his lecture.

In math class, "Who can answer this problem?" The teacher asks pointing to the board.

"Yes! I'll answer it before Yuuki-kun!" Ren shouts standing up, "The answer is X=/2+3!"

"C-correct." The teacher says as Ren sits down with a grin on his face as Rito looks at him oddly.

Later in P.E. the boys start the 100 meter dash, Ren runs past Rito yelling loudly, "I reached the 100 meter goal faster than Yuuki Rito!" He shouts crossing the goal.

Rito wipes the sweat from his forehead as he watches Ren unaware that they are being watched by a blond student with a baseball bat over his shoulder.

Later during lunch in the classroom Rito is sitting at his desk eating a sandwich when Ren comes up to him with a sandwich in his mouth and one in each hand, "Gmomomo! Gmoooo!" Which can be translated as, "Look! I can eat faster then you, too!"

From her desk Run looks away in disgust, "So gross." She says.

Kyouko looks at the boys then to her friend, "Run, come with me." She says standing up.

Run looks at her as she walks by towards the door, "Kyouko wait." She then follows her friend as she lead her up to the roof. Kyouko opens the door but stops, "Kyouko?"

"Quiet, someone's up there talking." She says as the people on the roof talk.

"What is it Peke?" A girl asks.

"Lala-chan?" Run asks in a whisper as she and Kyouko listen in.

"... It seems that Ren-dono plans to stay on Earth as an Earthling until he gets your attention." Peke informs Lala, "What are you gonna do about him?"

"What do you mean, Peke?" Lala asks, "I'm going to marry Rito."

"But, Lala-sama. I'm not so sure about your decision to take Rito-dono as a husband at this stage." She tells her. "Your view has been narrowed down because it's your first love, Lala-sama. Maybe it's a good idea to calm down a little and look around." She advices.

"Look around?" Lala questions.

"I'm saying maybe there is someone who is more suitable for you than Rito-dono." Peke tells her.

Lala then looks up at the clouds and thinks.

"I wonder what she's thinking about?" Run asks in a low voice.

Kyouko then straightens up, "I've got an idea, Run." She says then turns and walks away.

Run turns and follows her, "Wait for me, Kyouko."

Meanwhile Rito is walking down the hall with Ren following him relentlessly, "Where are you going next, Yuuki Rito?" He asks.

"To the bathroom!" Rito answers annoyed.

"Fine! then I'll go ahead and..." Ren says but Rito cuts him off.

Rito stops in his tracks, "DAAH! DON'T FOLLOW ME AROUND ANY MORE! YOU'RE ANNOYING!" He yells at him without even looking over.

"Then will you admit that I'm more manly than you are!?" Ren asks.

"Yeah, I will! You're amazing, really!" Rito replies with an annoyed tone.

Ren looks at the back of Rito's head with a very serious expression, "Then, can you forget about Lala-chan!?" He asks.

Rito's annoyed expression changes to that of shock, "Eh...?" Forget about... Lala...!? Rito then let's out a breath, "That's not really up to me." He says calmly.

Ren circles around him, "What do you mean by that?" He asks looking at Rito's face.

"Lala's the one who want's to marry me, I don't have much of a choice in the matter." He tells Ren, "If you want to marry Lala, you'll have to convince her that you're better suited for her than me." He looks up at Ren, "But this one-sided manly competition you are having with me is very childish." Rito then walks past Ren, who watches him walk away with eyes wide.

When Rito turns a corner Ren slams his right fist into the wall, "I can't believe it! Why did he sound cool and manly when he said that?" He then turns and walks back to class.

Rito continues walking down the hall towards the boy's bathroom, "What am I doing?" He asks himself with a sigh, "Why me? What does Lala like about me anyway!?" He asks himself as he walks to the stairs, "It started from a mistake. I thought she'd eventually brush me off and leave." He steps off the stairs. The person I like is Kyouko, but recently I've been thinking about Lala." He then imagines Ren taking Lala away in a spaceship and he's running after it crying. Rito shakes his head frantically, "No way! Don't tell me I actually have feelings for Lala...!?" He then faces the wall and leans on it, "No, that couldn't be! I like Kyouko!" Rito then pushes off the wall and continues walking, "Ever since the first time I've met her, Lala has caused nothing but suffering for me! But... Argh, what's wrong with me!?" He shouts getting odd looks from other students as he walks holding his head.

Ren walks back into the classroom, sits at his desk and sighs, "I never imagined that Lala would forget about me." He says to himself remembering the events of when he first talked to her at the beginning of class.

"My plan..." He closes his eyes and pictures Lala standing before him overjoyed, {"My, Ren-chan, long time no see! You've become manly."} She would say. {"Yup, that's right...this is all for you."} He'd tell her, "...Was something like that." He says as tears begin to swell up. Ren notices them as he opens his eyes, "Why am I crying!?" He questions with a shout.

Just then Kyouko and Run walk into the classroom, "Hmm, what is that idiot shouting about now." Run says turning away annoyed.

Kyouko then walks up to Ren pulling out a handkerchief, "...until then, I will never..." Ren says but stops when Kyouko offers her handkerchief to him.

"Here Ren-san, you should wipe those tears away. They don't seem to be of the manly variation." She says with a smile as she leans over.

Ren takes her handkerchief and wipes away the tears, "Thank you, umm... class rep?" He says handing back the handkerchief.

"Kyouko Kirisaki, you can just call me Kyouko." She says standing straight, "Can I ask you something Ren-san?"

"What is it?"

"You like Lala a lot, right?" She asks.

"I love Lala-chan!" He tells her, almost yelling.

"Right, but it has been a long time since the two of you have seen each other and she has fallen for another man." She tells him, "So, I was thinking. If you want to steal Lala's heart away, you must spend more time with her."

Ren looks at her questionably, "What do you have in mind?" He asks.

"Leave it all to me, all you have to do is meet us at the school gate after school lets out." She tells him then turns on her heel and walks to her desk.

Run joins her and they begin talking. Meanwhile, they are being eyed by three other students, "I wonder what Kyouko has planned?" The brunette with twintails and glasses asks her blond friend next to her.

"I don't know, but I'm sure it'll be entertaining." She says looking from Kyouko and Run to her friend, "You don't have work today, right?" She asks.

"I don't, why? You thinking what I think you are thinking?" She asks as her friend nods with mischievous grin.

Yui watches Kyouko with her arms crossed, I wonder what she's up to. Whatever it is, it must be something shameless. She thinks to herself.

After school Ren walks to his shoe locker and opens it, "What the..." He stops as he finds an envelope sitting on his shoes. He picks up the envelope just as Lala rushes behind him out the door with Rito in tow.

"Lala! Stop pulling me like that!" Rito complains.

Ren turns his head, "Yuuki Rito!" He then puts the envelope in his bag and swaps his shoes and then runs after them.

At the front gate Ren joins Rito and Lala as they meet up with Kyouko and Run, "Okay, looks like everyone's here." Kyouko says looking over the group, "Let's get go..."

"Hold it right there!" A voice of authority calls out.

The group turns to see Yui standing behind them with her arms crossed, "What are you all up to this time?" She asks.

Yui then screams as hands reach out from behind and grope her breasts roughly, "Oh, lighten up Yui, live a little." Says the blond girl as she leans to Yui's left revealing herself.

"Momioka Risa!? Unhand me at once you shameless girl! And call me Kotegawa!" She demands.

Risa ignores her and continues to grope her as she looks to the group, "You look like you're going somewhere fun aren't you Kyouko? Can Mio, Yui, and I join you?" She asks as her friend Sawada Mio appears to Yui's right.

"Don't include me in your little group." Yui says with irritation in her voice as she struggles to escape from Risa but can't.

Lala turns to Kyouko, "The more the merrier, right Kyouko?" Lala asks with a smile.

Kyouko sighs, "I suppose so, alright." She says then turns, "It's just a short train ride to the other side of town." She tells them.

Rito and Run are inches from each other in the middle of a packed train. Rito glances around but sees no sign of the others, "It seems that we've been separated from everyone." He says looking to Run, then goes red when he notices that they have moved closer, almost touching. He then looks away.

"Yeah, it seems so." Run says looking up at him, Thank you Kyouko, this was a great idea. She thinks with a smile and looks downwards.

Rito looks back at Run and remembers her little outburst when Ren enter the classroom, "Hey Run. I hope you don't mind me asking this but what happened between you and Ren? You both have the same last name so I assume that you are related in some way." He says.

Run looks up at him then looks back down, "Yes, it's a long story and it's difficult to explain." She says.

"Well, we're not going anywhere for awhile and I really don't know that much about you, you know." He tells her while looking away.

"I guess I should tell you." She says looking at him and he looks at her, "You already know that I'm an alien, right?" She asks.

He nods, "It did cross my mind a few times before." He answers.

"I'm a Memorzian from the planet Memorze. It's a desert planet with two suns, one on each side of the planet making it so that there is no night." She explains.

"Wow, it must be a very harsh environment." Rito says with concern and interest.

"Our people have adapted to this environment, and because of it we are born with both male and female genders within the same body and have separate personalities." She tells him.

"Then if you and Ren are related then that would mean..."

"Yes, we were once one and the same." She says letting go of a heavy breath.

Rito looks at her confused, "Then what happened, why aren't you two together now?" He asks.

Run didn't answer him, she just continued to breath heavily.

"Run?"

"There's a milestone in a young Memorzian's life..." She says finding her voice, "...were an adolescent becomes an adult..." She takes a deep breath, "...it is when we separate and become our own person..." She takes another deep breath, "...this event is called Metamorphose..."

Rito then notices tears streaming down her face to her chin and onto her uniform, "Run?"

"It...it was supposed to be a wonderful and beautiful experience..." She says as more tears fall, "But Ren stole that away from me..." She cries, "He was too impatient to become a man, because of that promise he made with Lala-chan. He somehow got hold of an illegal machine sold on the intergalactic black market that can separate matter..." Run then covers her face with her right as her left was holding onto the train strap. "...I felt like I was being torn apart, I was burning all over and when it was finally over that sensation didn't go away..." She says, she then lets go of the strap and curls up into a ball on the floor.

Rito kneels down as well to see Run crying even more, "Run!?"

"I...I couldn't take it, how could he do that to me?" She says as she continues to cry, "He was standing unharmed next to that machine, while I lay there burning and bleeding... I...I had to get away, with the last of my strength I took a spacecraft and ran away from that place and that person." Run then begins to breath smoothly.

"Run!?" Rito then wraps his arms around Run holding her tightly.

Run looks surprised, "Rito-kun?" She then smiles, He's so warm, I feel so safe with him. "At some point I arrived on Earth, I don't remember much of what happened, but I woke up in a clinic of an intergalactic doctor living here." She tells him with more of her usual tone, "She told me that I was severely damaged and that it took almost three months to heal. She then introduced me to the one that found me, Kyouko, and she took me in as a foster sister." Run explains.

"I can't believe Ren did that, I won't forgive him." Rito says in a harsh tone as he looks out the window, "Siblings should look out for and protect one another, not put each other in harm's way." He says slightly turning red with anger.

"It doesn't matter now, the past can't be changed." Run tells him as she starts to stand. Rito helps her and they feel the train begin to slow.

"Hey, we're getting off here..." Kyouko says squeezing through the people to get to Rito and Run, "...Hey you two, we're in public, save it for another time." She teases.

Rito and Run turn away from each other blushing, "It's not like that!" He tells her.

The group, after leaving the station, now stands in front of a karaoke box titled, KuroNeko, "We're here!" Kyouko tells them.

Everyone looks at the building, "Karaoke?" they all ask together.

"That's right!" Kyouko says as she opens the door, "I've been wanting to sing with everyone, and this'll be a good way for Ren-san to get acquainted with some of us." She says as they walk in.

"Yeah, this is going to be fun. Right Yui?" Risa says glancing at said girl next to her.

Yui with her arms folded, "I guess it's not so bad. And call me Kotegawa." She says looking at the cat pictures on the wall.

"Alright, I'm going to go get us a booth." Kyouko then walks to the front desk, then returns with a basket of mics, "Okay, lets get going." She then leads them to their karaoke room.

They enter the room and sit on the couches, on the left couch closes to the tv; Lala, Run, Rito, and Ren. On the right; Mio, Risa, Yui and Kyouko, "What does everyone want to drink?" Run asks picking up the drink menu sitting on the table between the couches.

"What do they have?" Mio asks as Risa picks up the song selection binder.

Run looks at the list of drinks, "Looks like its just some fruit drinks and sodas."

"Are there any manly drinks?" Ren asks glancing at her then looks away.

Rito glares at him, "Just order him water. And I'll have the same as you Run." He tells her still glaring at Ren not noticing that he made Run blush.

She then hides her face with the menu, "Okay."

Kyouko watches with a smile, I saw that blush Run, I'm glad they're getting close. I wonder what they were talking about on the train, I'll ask her about it later.

"Okay!" Risa says setting the binder on the table, "I got our song ready to go Mio, Yui." She tells them.

Lala then picks up the binder, "Alright, let's do this." Mio says pumping herself up.

Yui looks at them less enthusiastic, "Wait, why am I singing with the two of you?" She asks panicky.

"Because it'll be more fun as a trio." The two of them say as the music starts playing.

They stand up and pull a reluctant Yui along with them. On the stage, each holding a mic, they begin to sing. A few lines in Yui starts to get really into it, taking center stage and waving her free hand in the air.

"Wow, Yui is having so much fun." Lala says clapping along to the girls having put the song book back on the table.

"Yeah, it's kind of unexpected, but in a good way." Run says leaning back.

Ren then picks up the book and flips through it, Let's see if there are any manly songs in here.

The trio finish their song and take a bow. Yui, breathing very heavily, blushes in embarrassment as everyone else applauds. She then composes herself as they sit back down.

Lala stands up as the next song starts and she pulls Rito to the stage, "Come on Rito, let's sing together."

Rito looks at Lala, "What?! You know Earth... er, you know Japanese songs?!" He asks.

"Oh, I'll be fiiine!" She tells him as they get on stage, ~'And I'm gonna steeaaal a kiiiiss from you for reaaal~!' She sings.

I've got the CD this song comes from. Rito thinks as he starts singing along, Lala must've borrowed it without me realizing...! Rito looks at her smiling face, oh well, I guess it doesn't matter as long as she's having fun. He thinks as they finish the song.

"Yaaays! Wahoo!" Lala cheers jumping into the air as the other girls clap.

"Lala-chi is pretty good, like watching an idol." Mio says to her friend.

"And Yuuki wasn't too bad ether." Risa comments.

As Rito and Lala head back to their seats Ren stands up, "Oh, Ren, you wanna sing next? Here you go!" Lala then heads Ren the microphone she was using.

"My thanks." He says taking it, "Lala-chan, let's sing together too." He says confidently.

Lala just smiles at him, "Can't do it! I don't actually know any other songs!" She tells him as she sits down.

"Well, that figures." Run says under her breath as Rito sits down.

Rito looks at her, "What?" He asks.

"Nothing." Run then sighs.

Ren then begins to sing his song, loudly, so loud everyone covers their ears in pain.

What the heck Ren, singing loudly doesn't make it manly. Run thinks.

I guess Runs singing talent doesn't apply to her brother. Kyouko thinks.

My ears are ringing. Rito thinks.

We're never inviting him to karaoke again. Risa and Mio think.

I want to go home. Yui thinks.

Ren finishes his song with a dramatic pose. He then sits down, breathing heavily with a proud smirk on his face.

That smile of his really pisses me off. Run thinks as she glares at him.

Kyouko then stands up as the next song begins, "Alright Run, our turn." She says holding out her hand to her friend.

Run looks at her friend and smiles as she takes her hand and she pulls her up.

As the walk to the stage Kyouko whispers to Run, "Don't worry, I'll make sure the two of you get to sing together."

"Thanks." They then sing a song of love, friendship and fire.

True to her word in the next round of songs Kyouko sings with Lala, much to Ren's dismay, leaving Run to sing with Rito, while the trio sings together again to Yui's embarrassment.

Later as they leave the karaoke box, "I should get going now, see you tomorrow." Yui says as she turns away from them, I don't have the energy to deal with them any more today. She thinks tiredly as she walks away a bit sluggishly.

Risa turns to the rest of the group, "Yeah we should get doing too." She says then she and Mio turn to leave.

As Lala, Kyouko, and Run starts heading the other way Rito stops Ren by his shoulder, "Ren, I have something to talk to you about." Rito says with a really serous expression.

Ren turns to him, "You doing to tell me your going to back off of Lala-chan?" He asks with slight hopefulness in his voice.

"No, I will not. After what I heard you did to Run I don't trust you enough." Rito tells him.

Ren's eyes widen with shock, he then turns away, "I... I never meant to hurt her." He says softly with a hint a shame.

"But you did, what kind of man buts their sister in harms way for their own selfishness." Rito tells him raising his voice a bit. He then takes a deep breath, "I have a younger sister and I would protect her with my life if I had to." Run then turns to look at Rito, "If you want my trust to be with Lala, be a man and make it right to Run first." Rito tells him as he walks away to ketch up with Lala and the others.

Ren watches him go and after Rito and the girls disappear in the distance Ren lets out a sigh and places his right hand over his eyes, "..." He then walks to the location where his spaceship is.

As Ren enters his living area of his ship he tosses his schoolbag on the table causing its contents to spill out. Ren then notices the envelope he found in his locker, "Right, this thing." He mumbles to himself as he picks it up, "Wonder who sent this to me?" He then opens it and pulls out a small letter.

"Dear Ren Elsie Jewelria,

I'd like to welcome you to our school, I've been keeping an eye on you through out the day and I feel that you have what it takes for our group..."

Lala's A/N Lala looks towards Rito as she finishes, "What do you think of this chapter?" She asks.

Rito looks at Lala then looks at the ground between his feet, "It was good, the Run/Ren backstory was sad, I got teary-eyed." He tells her.

"I know, I cried when I wrote it and re-read it several times." Lala tells him.

Rito looks up at her, "I'm glad Ren didn't do that in real live, I really would have been pissed at him."

"If he did do that he would have been imprisoned for live." She informs him.

"..." Rito just stares at Lala for a moment when the front door opens.

"Rito, we're back." Mikan shouts from the door.

He turns to the doorway, "Need any help?" He asks as he stands up to meet them.
